There seems to be a scam with the tube of sealant I received. In the picture the right tube is the one I got from this Amazon seller. It is noticeably shorter than the 20 ounce tubes I had gotten from a brick and mortar store. I ended up needing one more tube and didn’t want to make the 45 minute drive back to the particular store that sells it, so I ordered one from Amazon since it would be in next day. It was just a slight bit larger and wouldn’t fit in the sausage gun without trouble getting it in, but the extra diameter is not so much larger to make up for the 1 1/2” to 2” loss in length. So clearly the sausage was tampered with. I would have sent it back but I couldn’t wait for the delay it would cause me,so I used that sealant in locations not so critical for water sealing since I was unsure what all had been done to the sausage. I would not recommend this product , from this seller to anyone. It has been tampered with, and i got less than I was supposed to, and I wasn’t sure of the quality of what product I did get, and it was a pain to get in the gun.

The quality of the glue is excellent, curing to a slightly flexible and very strong material that bonds extremely well to pretty much anything. These sausage tubes are a little tricky as if they burst, and one did on me, you have an unbelievable mess. May just be a lack of experience. Anyway that is the reason for four and not five stars.

The tube was partially hardened in the package when arrived
