Tru-POP Salt & Vinegar Popcorn Seasoning (4.5 oz) (4 Pack (4.5 oz))

I am a salt and vinegar addict. I sprinkle this on popcorn, on my baked potato chips, in my homemade hummus to give it that perfect zing (instead of citric acid and it tastes better). It's one of the better Salt and vinegar sprinkles I've used; I like my seasoning super tangy and this fits the bill. The balance between the powdered vinegar and salt is perfect. There is no funny chemical taste like many others have remarked about other salt and vinegar sprinkles.

This product is so so so good, I swapped to a low carb diet and my addiction to salt and vinegar chips was my greatest downfall. I put some almonds and a little oil in a bowl with this seasoning and I am set!!!! Tastes exactly like salt and vinegar chips!!! I am hooked. Thanks so much for this seasoning!!! I have even put some on some zucchini chips right out of the oven. You will not be disappointed. I will continue to order this stuff forever!!

I shook some inside my hand, when I first opened it, and tasted it, and didn't enjoy it at all. It had a weird after taste. However, once I made chicken, and sprinkled this bad boy over the chicken, it was YUMMY! I was pleasantly surprised at the vinegar PUNCH, this gave off. I've recommended this to several friends of mine, who are salt and vinegar flavor fans. I can't get enough of this on poultry. I even sprinkled some on fried fish.

We love making popcorn at home. I sadly am not a fan of cheese (which is the majority of popcorn seasonings). Looking for something to swtich up with my usual buffalo wing seasoning, the salt and vinegar sounded good. Was apprehensive at first when I opened and smelled the powder. But once it was on the popcorn, it tasted just like salt and vinegar chips. I recommend going easy though. A little goes a long way. This is our new favorite flavor.

The seasoning was packaged and sealed completely when I received it, no damage to the bottle or lid. When I first opened it I got an instant smell of salt and vinegar. When tasting I first tasted it on my finger and wow was I blown away by the flavor it was salt and vinegar (a malt type of vinegar flavor), very delicious. I overall loved the product but a couple things I would say about it that I disliked was how strong the flavor was it was kind of overpowering the vinegar flavor I love vinegar I can sit and drink hot bologna juice right from the jar but this was overpowering I feel for a seasoning and maybe that is because it’s made with a malt vinegar not entirely sure. The lid holes could have been a bit smaller it comes out very fast and a lot at once if your not careful once the seasoning is on the food nothing you can really do about it. Other then those two things I give the seasoning a 4/5 and would recommend to anyone that loves tang and vinegar flavor. I have tried this on popcorn, goldfish crackers, planning to season chicken, vegetables or wings with it.

The vinegar portion of this product is very fume-y. That sounds weird but I don't know how else to describe it. I melted butter on my popcorn and then shook this salt & vinegar mix on the popcorn. I coughed after every single bite. I figured out that if I didn't breathe in while opening my mouth, I might not cough from the vinegar fumes.It totally tastes like salt and vinegar but don't count on breathing while you eat it.

Excellent! It is particularly good with Colonel Popper's Microwave popped corn which requires fine salt. It stays on and is quite good. Very strong so you better like the vinegar taste. I happen to like it.

My family has a gourmet popcorn store and i'm always buying, vinegar & salt popcorn. Now i can make my own. It's the BOOM!!!!!
