Works great for what I needed it for! I needed more light under my home bar; the overhead lighting didn't get inside the bar, so it was hard to see what I needed. The lights aren't very bright, however, I didn't need anything really bright. This is the brightest the light gets (pictured). The length that I bought is not all in one strand of lights. It's broken up in two sets of lights, with two battery packs, and two remotes. I would have preferred only one battery pack. But, like I said, it worked really well for the bar. The length of the stand of lights fit around the bar perfectly. I did not have to cut any excess and it covered the full length of the bar. The adhesive was strong and is holding nicely. It was super easy to install them. And the really good thing is even though there are 2 remotes, you can use just one of them to turn on both sets of lights; you just need to slide the power switch on both battery packs on at the same time, otherwise, you'll have one strand on and one strand off when you use the remote. If you have a short area to use these in and have a way to hide the battery pack, I would recommend these. If you have a lengthy area to cover, say the perimeter of a room ceiling area, this might not work because you'd have to stick the battery pack to the wall every 6.5 ft. which would look horrible in my opinion. I was able to hide the battery packs on the inside of the bar using double sided Magic Tape (and it really is magic! love that stuff!) I would recommend this item.

This is a great set of 2 strip led lights that run from 3 AA batteries. I am going to use them to make Led under lit book ends. Going to have some supernatural quotes etched into some acrylic and have this stripes and battery boxes built right into the bottom of the bases of the bookends.Pro:Remote controlledMany different colorsCan control the brightness of the led stripCon (for my project)The strip is so long but i'm only needing about 6" to a foot. Purchased these lights for the underside of a set of cornhole (baggo) boards last September. The lights themselves are nice and easy to work with, the colors are bright, and the remotes works well too (one remote will control both light sets if close enough). The light strings are definitely waterproof as they are coated in silicone, and the adhesive is OK (I used clips to secure the lights to the boards for additional support) .The issue with these lights are the battery packs and connections. The battery packs are cheaply made and not waterproof (which they don't claim to be). The connections from the battery pack to the LED controller, and from the controller to the actual LED light strings, are the problem. Both of these connections are cheaply made and not very reliable. They tend to be loose and you may have to fidget with them from time to time to get them to work.Now, after 11 months, one of the battery packs has failed. It was stored in an environmentally controlled place and never got wet. I have tried different batteries, and plugging the pack into the different light strings, and It will on longer work. I emailed "cosmodmeixs@163.com" about 3 days ago, trying to see if there is a way to get a replacement battery back and I have still not received a reply back. So, it appears that customer service is not so great, also.I guess "buyer beware" for these lights in my opinion. Hope that helps!

I used these to light up the inside of some canvas pictures for my daughter. Just know that if you buy more than one, they will go full Lord of the Rings. One remote to rule them all. I put the other remote up as a back up. The tricky part was getting them to sync up. The timers are off a little but they do their job and they don't complain. Be sure to use good quality batteries though. 3 nights in and one is already dead due to the cheap power.

The lights were shipped prompltly and appeared in good condition. Installation was easy and the ability to form to the interior of the cabinet being used on was fairly easy and has not had any issues. Once installed everything worked as designed and if that were it I would be completely satisfied. However, I have since had to replace the batteries three times since installation. If the lights were left on for a long period I understand. However, they have been on for less than an hour total. The batteries are drained when not in use. Intent was to only activate when cabinet is in use and with fresh batteries. Nothing as fun as opening the cabinet and using the remote to activate the lights for the first time in a month and brand new batteries are already drained. Very disappointing.

I wanted a waterproof set of lights & these are good but the moment I moved my husbands kayak the lights came off of it, mine are still on it. I haven't been able to take the kayaks out because I live in a northern state so the weather hasn't been nice for kayaking.

purchased a set and I don't think 1 if them are working correctly. The first 1 out of the 2 works great The second 1 does not. when I click blue on the remote it changes my LED's to a totally different color like Pink and when I click yellow it turns them blue. It's like it isn't wired correctly. Can you please help me? I am not trying to leave a bad review. I just don't know how else to contact you. Thanks. I will change this to 5 stars after this is resolved

I recently bought these for me and my neice so we can have our own in our room and I litterly have like four remotes only to use one remote for all the LED lights which is not worth it to buy if you just want to control your room lights only and not the other room lights
