Deak is bigger than I expected and extremely well made. Lots of little nooks and crannys. Perfect for school age children. Easy to put together but heavy duty.

If you are sick of shelling out big bucks for junk, you can rest easy with this thing. It's simple to put together (took me about an hour, but that was with distractions - pay attention and you can have it done in half that time). It is very sturdy; in fact the chair bolts are so long and fit so tightly I'm pretty sure it would withstand the house falling on it. It's a very attractive design. I did not attach the bulletin board as we didn't really need it and I was afraid it would get battered (note that it can't be removed once stuck on). The price is not bad considering the quality and the fact that you get very nice matching chair. If you saw this in a furniture store for this price, you'd snap it up, and it doesn't have a cheap flat-pack feel to it. I can't speak for the other colors but the pink is classy and muted, neither bubble gum nor Barbie. It's a good fit for my small five year-old with plenty of room to grow. I'd buy from this company again for sure.

I have put together almost all of the furniture in my house and this was SO EASY!! The quality is so sturdy and the paint job is great. So worth the money!

This is a truly great desk! I bought it for my petite 7 year old daughter and it's just perfect. She is using a footstool with it, but she's on the short side and it just helps her maintain the right posture when she's doing her fully remote learning. She loves the color, and how there is so much space for everything she needs at hand, the shelves for all the different folders and notebooks, and the fact that it comes with a matching chair.I loved the easiness of assembling it, it took no time at all! Also, it looks really cute, and even though it offers so much room and storage, it doesn't TAKE a lot of room. It's just so well designed and ergonomic.The only esthetic flaw is the lack of covers for screw heads and the strong paint smell on the first couple of days. Otherwise - perfect, and I would definitely buy again!
