First, I am NOT a kitchen gadget person, at all. Second, this was great! It collapses so it is easy to store, unlike my old bulky wooden one. The jointed parts are easy to click into place. It is much easier to clean than my old wooden one. It is not "tippy". A great gadget, especially for the price! It does not have the nostalgic appeal of my Nonna and Zia hanging pasta to dry on strings stretched between the dining room chairs, but I think they would have liked it too!

When you have homemade pasta to hang you don't want to resort to clothes hangers or anything else with a horizontal surface that make you wish you'd just purchased them dry in a box. This hanger is both functionally effective and cost effective. When clean and dry again it packs easily in a tight little bundle. It's a 5-star assembly overall but gets a 4-star rating for cleaning as nothing with this many pieces is easy to clean. When has anything with flour involved been easy to clean? This assembly will help save time and space for the preparation of sauce. This thing is solid.

It's fun to make your own pasta. The challenge is drying it. It finally developed a mold which could not be removed so I checked it into the trash.I found the perfect unit that has all the features I wanted. The Goziha is the perfect solution for drying pasta. As easy to use as an umbrella. Works perfectly and cleans up quickly.

When I received the goods, I found that one of the supports was broken. But it can still be used.

We just mad our first batch of homemade pasta noodle and started before the pasta dryer arrived. Well, did not have enough flour on the wax paper that we set di down on - HUGE mistake. I ended up reforming the pasta noodle for our lasagna. The dryer arrived a the lasagna went into the oven. We had extra dough so we used the pasta rack. Way better easier to handle everything.It is plastic so do be careful handling it and setting it up. It does rely on friction to hold the legs out and the pasta arms. READ THE tiny INSTRUCTIONS on the box.I have seen much taller ones, but I think this on will work just fine for us.Great value pasta dryer - not crazy tall but good on our small counter.

We make our own pasta using sourdough, so this drying rack is a must-have. I like that it folds down flat for storing so that it doesn't take up so much space.

It's sturdy enough, has decent amount of space to hang pasta to dry and foldable easy enough for storage. Exactly what I was expecting.

This is a simple and effective pasta drying rack. Not as tall as some others, but more than tall enough for long spaghetti. Super easy to fold/unfold, and really compact when put away. Never had any issues with pasta sticking to the glossy plastic. Use it at least once a week and love it.
