Chow fun noodles by another name
These are perfect for making chow fun, wide rice noodles with pretty much any protein. Not much I can say except that I expect I'll be buying these regularly now.

Noodles
These are good in soup if you eat right away. They break down after awhile. Udon noodles hold up better.

Sticky Chewy
This was my firsts time using this type of rice noodles. I did as directed and poured hot (not boiling) water covering all the noodles and stirred a few times during the suggested 8-10 minutes of soaking in hot water. When I drained them some were stuck together and tough/chewy. SOOO gonna try to soak longer with maybe hotter water next time?? The water was steaming hot but not boiling so not sure if this was me not knowing what to do or the noodles. They looked good when I drained them but when trying to add the sauce for drunken noodles, I noticed they were stuck together. The ones that were not stuck together/chewey were good.

Good value
I don't usually eat white rice, but from time to time it's nice to add a fun texture to stir fry or pho dishes. These noodles deliver: they're affordable, easy to store, and easy to prepare for cooking with an hour or two soak in warm water.

Taste like old rice
The media could not be loaded. This Rice stick is thick, taste like old rice and I check the Production date that was on May 2021. So its like 7-8 months ago, when I make Pho, it makes the soup looses the taste
