Excellante 36-Inch Standard Mixing Paddle

Purchased this mixing paddle to use when brewing beer. All the welds have been ground down well, very nice finish. Easy to keep clean. It's used for mixing, not very complicated. It functions as intended.

For the price, this SS paddle can't be beat. Not sure what the other reviewers were describing, but my paddle had absolutely no burrs or rough areas where the paddle connects to the handle.

I was looking for a paddle that would allow me to stir a very large quantity of soups and stews. This is it. very well build, not too heavy. And if your stranded at sea you can row with it. LOL

I bought this paddle to use to stir and mix my home made laundry soap. I make it in a 5 gallon bucket and this paddle with it's long handle is perfect for the job. I don't have to stoop over so far and hurt my back mixing my soap. Works great!

I use this to stir the mash while home brewing. I brew with keggles and the handle length is fine; there's enough sticking out to let me get really good leverage and break up the grains. The welds aren't perfect though they're pretty darned decent. Since the wort has yet to be boiled (and therefor sanitized) there are no infection concerns. The paddle is light but quite rigid. I really can't think of anything negative to say...maybe that it doesn't come with holes predrilled in the blade? Since this isn't a dedicated brew paddle I'm not going to fault it for that.

I use this for beer making, it works perfect. This is a very heavy duty paddle. I drilled holes in the blade to break up dough balls and I didn't weaken the blade in the slightest as it is just so thick.

Great quality and the price wasn't so bad... Good construction and workmanship.

Great length for stirring deep pots or for vorlaufing. The craftsmanship is great, nice and sturdy. You won't be disappointed.
