The instructions are written in broken english, comical but understandable (Before using this product the first hair washed dried to ensure that no explosive eruption styling Or other chemical residues in shin care products).If you have a short or thin beard (less than 2" or a beard that lays close to your face), I feel like this would be a waste of time. The thicker, longer, and fuller it is, the better it will work for you. The ladies I think will love it for straightening their hair. For me, it sort of works on my face but works well on the hair past my jawline that I can really get into the brush.

It does straighten my beard quiet well. My beard goes down to my chest. The problem I have with it is that it only straightens the top layer. I haven't found a way to get all the hairs straight yet. So the under layer of hairs is still wavy and curly while the top layer is straight as a board! Plus it doesnt burn your face or neck if you touch your skin. Maybe I'm missing something that's just my experience.

It runs pretty hot and i've scalded my scalp a couple of times, but it does dry your hair really really dry really really fast. I wish they offered different sized head attachments - this one is really large and it runs so hot that it actually flattens out my hair instead of adding volume. The bristles are grouped in such a way that makes it hard to clean. It's really decent price-wise, it just doesn't give me the hairstyle I want and so I end up using the hairdryer/hairbrush anyways.

This product is not meant for beards. Bristles are too far apart and do not enven touch roots on your face. Mainly perhaps for scalp with long hair. It does not do the job for beards and I have a medium length beard.

I was surprised by the performance of the product. Worked better than expected. I have really coarse curly hair under my chin, and this product straighten it out. It gave me beard the fuller look that I was going for with ease. For my beard I used the 210° setting and it heated up in under a minute. Great results for the price

This brush is one of the best brushes I've ever had. I have thick past my shoulder length curly hair and this thing dries it and straighten set in about 10 minutes! My hair is shiny and not frizzy at all! I am extremely impressed with this brush!

I have a very wild beard. I never thought of trying to straitening it out. I thought for the price I would give it a try. I cannot believe how well this worked. I now have control and tamed my wild beard.

Works fine but doesn't get my husbands beard much straighter than using a blow dryer and brush. His beard is very coarse and extremely curly, like to the point it coils up smooshed to his face in ringlets
