Good for the money!
Bought these for a 100 year old lady to listen to the radio. For the money they are pretty good headphones although the sound quality isn't the very best which is to be expected. We liked the 2m cable which is long enough to reach her chair comfortably but not so long as to tie her in a knot.No complaints yet but feel that the padded ear bits might need re-gluing at some point as they don't feel particularly well stuck on.

Worth at least double the price.
Hama are a German distributor of audiovisual stuff also with a pedigree of their own.For the price these headphones are unbeatable. They are light, slim in outline, comfortable across the headband, and comfortable enough for a couple of albums in succession over the ears. I'm impressed with the sound (20hz-20khz) that makes cymbals sound like such and not just a click, and where drums have tone!I'm not linked to this company in any way, just wishing to pass on my delight in finding a good quality product, with a brilliant price, that I find I'm drawn to even in comparison to lots of earphones and four pairs of headphones, Bluetooth and wired.

Hama Basic 4 Music Wired Headphones, Over-Ear, 2m Long Cable, black
Good value for money, fits well and with comfort over the ear-no issues. As regards my hearing is concerned I find these head-phones 'real-good sound quality' and whilst more expensive, units, I presume may sound better or whatever benefits they give, I find these Hama ones really good so yes, do recommend them

Good value but unequal sound
The good: 1.5mm pin and a 6mm adapter, simple head size adjustment, reasonably comfy. Cheap. 2m lead. The bad: Right ear sound is less than 1/2 as loud as left. Ear Pads around ears looks sprayed onto foam and after a few days starts to flake off (usually leaving speckled residue on your face). You can get cheaper small in-ear or bone conduction ear phones.

Back To Basics
I have to use wired headphones for recording purposes. Wireless headphones have latency issues, which makes overdubbing and multi-tracking difficult. Even when plugged directly into the mixer, wireless headphones have a split second delay which plays havoc with timings. The sound good, not top of the range, but worth the money. My only gripe is the 3.5mm jack socket (OK they provide a 3.5mm to 6.25mm adaptor), but I'm old school and like my headphones with a 'jack plug'

good price for product
hear in the uk i honestly have never seen headphones so cheap i never see ones below 10 pounds and theyre kid themes and really bad, short wire, uncomfy and break easy but for i think 5-6 pound this is a steal, i even see wired ear buds go for this amount so a over ear headphones for this price is great. buy it. im not sure of the price it currently is but if its 5-6 pound even 10 its worth it.

What a terrible letdown
The Hama Basic 4 Music Wired Headphones, Over-Ear, 2m Long Cable, quite frankly, represent one of the most regrettable purchases I've made in quite a while. The auditory experience they offered was nothing short of dreadful; it was like eavesdropping on a distant room through someone else's headphones. For a product designed to immerse you in a world of music, these headphones failed abysmally. Their audio quality was underwhelming, to say the least, and left much to be desired. The audio output lacked clarity and depth, making it seem as though I was separated from the music by a thick pane of glass.Regrettably, my dissatisfaction with these headphones didn't end there. After a mere couple of weeks, the headphones ceased to function altogether. The sound, which was already far from ideal, simply faded into oblivion, leaving me with nothing but a frustrating silence. It's often said that you get what you pay for, and in this case, it couldn't be more accurate. These headphones were, undeniably, a budget purchase, but the subpar performance and the rapid failure left me profoundly disappointed. I had hoped for a pair of headphones that would provide an enjoyable auditory experience and some durability, even within the constraints of their low price. Unfortunately, the Hama Basic 4 Music Wired Headphones fell far short of these expectations. In conclusion, If you're searching for a reliable and satisfying audio experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, as these headphones simply don't deliver the value one would hope for.

Good for the price.
Ok so if your looking for a cheap set of headphones these I found are worth a buy. Less than £10 obviously they are not like a set of Bose headphones so don't buy them and expect them to perform like a £200 set. The sound quality isn't bad and the volume is ok. All in all I am happy it's what I expected from them and a bit more to be fair .
