Hibee Golden Cactus Honey Powder Organic, 16 Ounce Unit

This is absolutely wonderful! Great tasting as well! I drink hot teas and don't like to use sugar or "diet" sugars. When I found this, I was jumping up and down with joy. Sure, I can and have used honey; however, honey is hit or miss and has a slight off taste in my teas. This is just perfect! I measure it by spoonfuls and adjust my sweetness to taste...and it is just as if I added sugar, but with the benefits of honey. In fact, I'm fixing to order more. This is the "only" sugar I keep now for sweetening drinks or coffee or teas. It is just perfect. I might even try baking with it 8-) Joking...but, who knows...I still believe in buy honey from local honey bee farmers for people suffering from allergies, but that is something you want to take directly by the spoon. This "Honey Powder" should be a regular kitchen stock. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This is great with the peanut butter powder I buy because we don't use either every day and it's always fresh and convenient. It's often a savior for me when I don't like the taste if some of the supplements I blend.

While searching for saguaro cactus honey I found the HiBee Cactus Honey Powder. Researched and ordered. Within three days from placing my order I was substituting the powdered honey for sugar. Excellent in hot drinks, instantly soluable. Great sprinkled on homemade breads. Sweetens that second bite of tart fruits. Stores in its own convenient re-sealable packaging. Pure, no discernable foriegn particles, even after disolving in clear liquids. My wife has made claim to her own package. We love honey and delight in nature's sweetener. Do not order just a single package, you'll wish you'd had more. The shipping service was superior.

Cactus honey has a very similar taste to the honey you buy in the store but is a tad bit less sweet/cloying. It doesn't coat the tongue quite like honey does, but I have to admit - I love the flavor and am very happy with the carb count. For the same sweetness factor of honey, its half the sugar!

At home I use honey in my coffee; but it is too messy to take to work. I bought this to use in my coffee at work. It works great, tastes great, and there is no mess!

I love the convenience of being able to spoon out honey with out the mess. This dissolves well even in cold drinks. It has a great flavor. The flavor is very different than my local honey but is delicious!Easily portable!

It wasn’t quite a powder, more granular. I love it anyway. It is real potent so I use maybe 1/2 teaspoon for a tall glass of cold brew coffee. It can be used in many beverages and baked goods.

I thought I ordered honey powder as the bag is labeled, but this is not honey at all! It is made of cane sugar, which is so misleading. Needless to say, I could not use it for its intended purpose.
