Their ease of use stood out as a significant advantage, requiring minimal pressure to unlock the doors. They’ve successfully kept the cabinets securely closed, preventing access by curious little ones. However, it’s worth noting that while they serve their purpose adequately, there is room for improvement in terms of overall quality.The quality of these locks is decent, though not exceptional. While they’ve functioned well so far, there are slight concerns regarding their long-term durability. Nonetheless, they have performed as expected and fulfilled their basic role.In conclusion, these child safety cabinet locks provide a practical solution for maintaining a secure environment for children. These work fine for many places in our home with cabinet doors and for our stove drawer. Our littles have figured out how to open them if applied upside down but really don’t mess with them that often. Easy to install. We switched to these because the traditional plastic ones you pinch and slide to open were too hard to get open for our 10 year old.

The media could not be loaded. The good:These were very simple to install. All you have to do is remove the 3M backing, align them in position as stick them. The clip is simple to use for an adult but it will be complicated to use for a toddler. So you don’t have to worry about your child trying to open them. Even though they attach with a 3M tape adhesive they have held pretty good. I tried to use some force to pop the door open and the clip/lock stayed in place. These work great for under the sink cabinets which is where we installed them. We have a deep sink and our cabinets have no handles. We were limited on the options as a result but these have been a good solution so far.The not so good:They seem to be cheap plastic and are not very aesthetically pleasing. They do have color options for you to choose from so consider that when ordering. They attach to your cabinet door with a 3M adhesive tape which I don’t know how much damage it will do the cabinet paint once removed. Depending on the size of your cabinet door, since they are installed on the outside the opening can be rather big as seen on the video. This is something you need to consider before you install.

Using these to keep wooden shutters closed in kitten foster room and working out great! Wondered if this would be strong enough to keep those rambunctious kittens from getting the shutters open which they kept doing :{ which meant they could claw at the screens :0 Thought I might have to use one at the top and one at the bottom but started out with just one at bottom and shutters have stayed close ever since. Happy with these and like the latch mechanism. Didn't need 10 but such a good price didn't matter. The included extra adhesives are nice to have too.

The latch is held closed by a plastic arm that is slightly deformed to create spring tension with every opening of the latch. Repeated (normal) use weakens the plastic arm and it will break in a few months, making the closure worthless. At that point, all you can do is pry off the adhesive pad holding the latch to the cabinet and replace it with an entirely new latch set. But why would you even bother, knowing you'll be doing the same thing again in an another few months?Do not buy this product. Maybe look to a push-push cabinet latch instead. It's more expensive and more involved, but it'll last a whole lot longer.

We love these. They're so ridiculously easy to install and we can put them pretty much anywhere. My partner and I have 3 dogs who all like to put their noses where they don't belong. We have these on the cleaning cabinets in our kitchen as well as under the sinks in our bathrooms. The doors don't even move if the dogs try to mess with them while they're locked. We also have a nephew who is about 18 months and recently started walking (and running) who comes to visit. We feel very safe knowing there are cleaning supplies and other such things in the house that a curious toddler can't access. I even used one on the fridge as a child safety lock.I cannot say enough good things about these. My only issue is that the adhesion is probably a little too strong. When placing one, my hand slipped and so it ended up about an inch south of where it needed to be. Removing it wasn't as terrible as if we pressed it down to fully adhere but it was still a pain to remove and resituate. We were also down an adhesion disc. But it's a good problem to have when you're trying to keep the pups and toddlers in your life safe and healthy.

I purchased this cube storage a while back. It's generally good but no matter how I align things, some of the doors want to sit partially open - and randomly different degrees of open (based on other online reviews this is common with this type of cube storage). I was desperate something to hold them shut. I tried a few things like magnetic 90 degree latches, but the doors are so smooth that the adhesive would give out before the magnet after a few opens & closes.These have worked out So Well as a solution to keep those dang doors closed & uniform looking!
