Kodiak Cakes Protein Pancake On The Go Flapjack Cups Mix; Buttermilk, Chocolate Chip, & S’mores Variety Pack

I have been a long-time consumer of Kodiac products. I recently purchased these, and have been really impressed yet again.I have to be out of the house early, so preparing something quick and easy is always a priority. These Flapjack Power Cups are great for this reason.They all taste great (Chocolate Chip & Maple is my favorite). Basically a cup of fluffy pancake mix. I recommend spending a few extra seconds stirring the water and mix to remove any clumping. It will come out perfect if you do that. I do 80 seconds to achieve the perfect consistency. 60 seconds was a bit too short, and I felt the mix didn't fully "bake".If you are in the market for a quick and enjoyable breakfast with a good amount of protein, this is a great option.

Great snack if you want something carby and sweet

Great simple breakfast that requires only 60 seconds in the microwave! Add water or milk and you’ve got a pancake in a cup! I gave it four stars because it tends to dry out if you don’t eat it 5 minutes. Overall it tastes good, is very filling and adds some extra protein to your diet.

These have been a life saver the past few months. I work as a paraeducator in a sometimes volatile SPED classroom where I don't always know when I'll be able to get a lunch break. But I find eating breakfast really difficult as I'm not hungry until I've been awake and moving for a while. These are easy to toss in my bag and make on the fly while I brew a quick cup of coffee in the breakroom around midmorning when I'm finally hungry and we're settling into our routine.I can buy them locally but I prefer subscribing so I get a 12 pack once a month at a better price-per-cup and have them on hand. You can easily use their regular pancake mixes and water in a mug to make a good equivalent and sometimes I will if I want to throw some fruit or nuts in too.Overall, a little heavy on the sugar content if you're watching your sugar intake but they taste great and are a fantastic on-the-go choice for a hot breakfast at your desk option.

The product itself is great. Ordered the variety pack of 3 (s’mores, cc and maple, buttermilk), 12 total, and got 8 of the cc and 4 s’mores, no buttermilk.
