Got what I paid for, if not more
I bought this as something to run FreeIPA at home. Initially, it has an activated version of Windows 10 running on it, which is surprising, because that is normally a significant price bump. I checked to see if was activated, manually activated, and apparently it is good to go with a MAK key from the factory.I'm glad it came with a VGA port, because I have an old monitor which is VGA only, and I use it only to get a machine's OS installed and working headless. The onboard SSD works well. It doesn't hold much... but you can always replace it with another, and for what I'm using it for, it isn't really needed (as all the main data will be coming from NFS or iSCSI).Rebooting to Ubuntu is a clean process. Hit the delete key, set boot priorities, have a Ubuntu drive in, install, and done. Once up, install openssh-server, and call that done.Overall, this is a nice little machine. An 8GB Raspberry Pi with case and accessories is creeping up to $120-$130, while this has as much RAM and as many cores, but supports amd64 out the gate, which means more compatibility with stuff.I am definitely going to buy several more of these, just due to the versatility. It even supports virtualization, which is nice, especially for tiny VMs or Docker containers.I do like the mounting bracket it comes with. I can have it mounted on a VESA monitor, or mounted on the wall to save space.Overall, a nice bang for your buck if you need something with a bit more horsepower than a Raspberry Pi, but don't want to pay for a full fledged Intel NUC.Updated - January 8, 2021: This little workhorse is still going strong. The power cord isn't held in by a strong spring or retaining mechanism, but that is easily addressed by a small bit of tape, or stick on wire wrap to keep tension off the plug. I am hoping I can find another, but with 16-32 gigs of RAM, so I can offload Web browsing virtualization to it.

Power in mini form
╔ ■ Price Point / Value: 4.5/5╠ ■ Quality: 4.5/5╠ ■ Recommendation: 5/5╠ ☼ Overall: 5/5╠ ►Product Need: Mini PC╠ ►Product Pros: Size, Speed, price, HDMI, Wifi, SD slot, Bracket╠ ►Considerations: Expansion, Need HD╠ ►My Review: This is my first real mini PC and surprised how much power is in this little block. It comes with a mount that allows to put on the back of a monitor for seamless design however I recommend getting external hard drive which may modify its seamlessness. The features on this are a HDMI port, USB 3 ports, Wifi/GB Ethernet, Win10, 2.3 GHz overclock, 4k graphics. This is a great portable alternative to a tv streaming box or a laptop. I can take this from my living room to the back yard and with a simple hook up to the projector have full capability to watch movies or play games. The speed on this is a lot better than I anticipated for its size and no real issues. I couldn’t be happier with the value and performance of this tiny compact machine for the price. I highly recommend it if you want to save space, don’t need to upgrade components or play intensive video games.

Updated review, disappointed
I've owned this about 3 months, and gave it 5 stars a few weeks ago. Was a great little box, not a powerhouse but enough to get the job done. Good box for the money, enough USB, HDMI and vga ports. Hooked 2 monitors to it, added a 256k card and it worked great. Fast forward 3 months and the box is dead. Won't start, won't reset, just a goner. I've tried everything, even had one of my techs look at it but it's toast. I'd planned to purchase a second box to use as an inexpensive media server with an external drive. I'm 60 days past the return date, so this was pretty much a waste of money. Maybe I got a lemon, but I have to go from 5 stars to 1 star based on a "shelf life" of only a couple of months.

Product performs as expected. CS performed beyond expectation!
I don't write reviews on everything i purchase on Amazon, but when the customer service performs above and beyond expectation, I need to let my fellow consumers know. I purchased this mini PC in March '20. I wanted to keep my personal items off my work computer. So I did a bit of research and read reviews and finally settled on this product. Going into the purchase I knew the unit was going to be limited, but i was going to do most of my work over the web and anything I needed to save would go to an external HD. So i didn't mind the limited specs. Overall, it performed exactly as described, but there was an issue with the Power button, it worked sporadically. The work around for it was to simply unplug the AC adapter and plug it back in, a nuisance. After a couple of months it became noticeably worse. I reached out to the CS thinking I won't get a response for weeks, maybe months at best. The next day "Anne" wrote me back along with detailed troubleshooting steps. It appeared to work, so I continued to use my mini PC, but after a few more months the issue with Power button came back. This time i reached back out to the CS and they sent me a return label and instructions to have the unit sent back. Again, thinking I wouldn't get my mini PC returned for weeks if not months, They expediate my brand new Mini PC on Friday and I got it on Monday. In fact, I'm typing this review on my new mini PC. If you're looking for a mini PC that doesn't take up space, and you do most of your work on the web, not a high gaming unit, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this Mini PC. The customer service folks took care of me, and I expect them to take care of you. Shout out to Anne...Well done!

Barebones and limited but works
PC is very small, worked perfectly right out of the box. Definitely not a powerhouse by any stretch of the imagination, it works fine for basic web and Office but not much more. Absolutely choked on a live webcam session for work via Google Meet, wouldn't send video and incoming video was choppy. Bluetooth pairs well with speakers and headphones. Youtube videos play just fine. Overall I'd say it's good for a kids PC or kitchen PC, but not something for heavy everyday use.
