I have bad neck pain for a while and looking for something can help. I’m glad bought this one. It really help with my neck. It’s light weight and easy to use. Only wish it’s cordless. Very happy with my purchase.

This was my very first massager and I was referred to this brand by a YouTuber I follow.So my husband helped choose this "Gray" design over the other "Black" designs -since this one offers advantages :1. Arm straps are adjustable, one size fits all (Adjustable for heights from 5"1 to 6"3)2. Heating are 2-level adjustable (High 113F and Low109F)3. With a carrying bag (Large compartment for massager and "mesh pocket" for cords and manual)4. The fabric is more soft and is removable to wash5. Lighter and sleeker (3lbs)6. Three adjustable speeds (Low, Med, High)7. Can massage mid back, lower back, thigh, calf and foot/feet)8. Auto timer (Shut off after 20 mins)9. Not to loud (<55db)10. Rotation (two way massage direction)My only gripes I would mention is that the "mesh pouch" I wish had a zipper closure, because the cords and manual just want to slide and fall out of this pocket. The massage unit fits great into the carrying case and was very easy to store. Looking forward to easily retrieval for future use and to vacation/travel use (not while driving of Corse) It was a bit more loud than I though it would be when I first turned it on, but after it was massaging away my neck pain, it really didn't bother me.Although I don't know if any one else experienced what I did as well... I placed the massager between my shoulder blades and leaded back on my couch since I wasn't comfortable having my hands up on the straps and I did a few sessions back to back. The rest of the evening I was fine, then the next morning the middle of my back and shoulder blade area was super sore and tender as if I fell on something and injured my self. Its taken a few days to slowly recover, while not using the massager. Every where else I used the massager correctly was just fine and actually felt better after a massage. Just don't lean into it with your weight or do that with back to back sessions -as good as it might feel. It may feel worse the next day. Just some personal experience I'm passing on.

Before my fiancé bought me this massager, I had had one for about three years before the mesh around the massager heads tore, rendering it unusable. My last massager was so amazing, But this one is absolutely horrible. At first I thought it would be perfect, with the adjustable straps, softer mesh around massager heads, and travel bag, but nope! The worst thing about it is the flimsy arms near the motorized head unit, this makes the head twist down and out to where the massagers are facing away from my back and I constantly have to readjust it. I’ve only had this for about a month and a half and already the motor is crap, it makes a plastic squeaky noise and the motor struggles to keep the heads turning. Already it has randomly died on me more times than I can count, for no reason. I hate this massager, it is incredibly overpriced and the materials it’s made out of are ridiculously cheap. Wish my fiancé could get his money back.

Quality of product seems very good but honestly... this thing hurts like hell! I like a good deep tissue massage but this thing is more than deep tissue let me tell you! I ended up with bruises on the back sides of my neck that hurt to the touch for 3 days afterwards! "Hurts so good" was the feeling while using it but not realizing that it would actually bruise my neck the way that it did. Use with caution would be my advice. Dont use more than the 20 minutes that it is designed to shut off at. Doing so is likely to be more painful for you later on! 3 stars because it is quality built, but as I said, it does actually hurt when placed around your neck. Its no joke!

I woke up this morning with my usual stiff back pain. Sat in a chair with this bad boy on with the heat and VOILA! My back pain is gone. Can’t wait to try it on my neck and shoulders. It really does feel like a soft but firm rolling fist in problem area. Just be careful how you place it. It does have a slight pinch depending on how you situate it. Really like that I can use it on my legs and thighs as well.

I love it! I have head, neck and back pain daily due to ca accidents and a disease called Trigeminal Neuralgia. After having brain surgery my neck gets extremely tight and I can’t hardly turn it sometimes. I’ll turn it on and it relaxes me and most of the time I fall asleep. I’d definitely recommend this and the back massager also!!!

The best back massager I have ever used so far!! Super comfy and relaxing. Love how there is a strap to hold onto and adjust. The beautiful bag is a bonus!

No! this is a very heavy, solid quality unit, uses 2 rotating drums with strategically placed knobs/moundsto get into any spot you need on your body.So simply strap er on, and hold on tight.This little honey works as hard and deep as you can hold /stand it and I can assure you it will punish you if you take too much. Excluding happy endings, this is the next best legal feeling obtainable in the industry.

When I looked at the reviews for this Massager people said it made you ache when you 1st used it, they were right, but after the 2nd use it got very comfortable, so comfortable that I nearly fell to sleep while using it, I've now used it about 6 times and it works so well I don't think I'll have to go to a Physio ever again, It does exactly the same job, It even feels like there is someone there actually massaging you, Great results and price.

My husband loves his present. The delivery person was still just getting back into his vehicle when he had already unboxed his gift. He had for months been heating a heat bag to use for his aches and pain. I made the choice to buy this as per the glowing reviews from previous buyers. Thank you all.

Great product, it has three different speed levels of massage, it has heat mode. Also the strap design makes it immobile, it can be easily carried out by putting it in the handbag, totally satisfied with it.

My friend let me test hers recently and I was instantly sold. It’s amazing. I did however think this was the wireless version she has but mine only works when it’s plugged in but nevertheless is fabulous
