Very bright
I really like these lights. They light up a huge area. First, I bought these to illuminate the areas around my house because we have a “lot” of black widows. When I wired up the first one to test the brightness, I liked it so much, I put it inside a room in the house as a single replacement for multiple lights. (They’re really bright!). I purchased the daylight and the warm white. They serve different purposes based on your preference. I really don’t like daylight, but they’re brighter, so those are the ones that I use to cover larger areas. The negative aspects of these are that the wires are relatively short, so you have to be very particular about getting it right the first time as you can’t cut them down too much more. The mounting is a problem. I’ve always had trouble with this type of mounting system, especially when placing them in tight spaces beneath an overhang. I ended up notching out a screw sized piece of metal so that I could secure the screw first, then slide the mounting bracket under the screw head and washer, then slide it to the side and tighten the screw from there. There’s not much room to place your screw drivers, or drills against the head of the screw when you’re securing these, so sliding it beneath the screw head will only require just a few turns to make it tight. The last problem I had is how hot these get. When I using my test light for a side project, I went to pick it up to move it and nearly burned my hand. In the pictures that I’ve attached, the back of the light got up to 156 degrees in about a minute. I was concerned about putting these up against old wood or in places where there might be a low temp combustion possibility. So far, I haven’t had an issue running them for a few hours at a time. Otherwise these lights are really cool, really bright and super cheap compared to what you would buy at the chain stores.

Illuminates my flag very well
I have a 3' x 5' American flag mounted on a front wall of our home. Flag etiquette says it should be illuminated at night. Tried a different light that was free (Vine & Voices member) that was bright enough, but with the first good rain, it filled with water. Not this one. It's been through several storms and just works. I mounted it on a pole that is in the bushes below the flag. I cut out an opening in the bushes so the light is below the level of the bushes. This way the light itself is not seen from the road, just the illuminated flag. Well pleased with this light.

Easy to install little light
This light looks like a toy, but it behaves like a much bigger light. The soft-white glow is good, and i used it to wash-out a corner wall. It is small and thin, and works perfect. But, please make the wires a bit longer.

Soooo bright.
I'm using this in a floor lamp and it's so bright I had to put a diffuser over it.

DEFECTIVE seal and defective paint on inside of glass
I am so tired of everyone vending scams. So I got the light, and yeah it's bright. It also gets hot enough to cook on, which you might expect, except these are LEDs.....which when wired properly will run cool to the touch. I'm guessing cheap solder, don't care enough to open it up and find out.The seal around the glass is not only incomplete in sections, but is also bent and pressed at odd angles where it does exist.....so no, this is not weatherproof. And at 120v you kind of NEED an outdoor, board driven (ie silicone board), light fixture to be waterproof or you will be shocked. Not maybe, you WILL.What is wrong with this world? At least be honest. Heck I STILL would have paid 20 bucks for the thing even if the listing said "uneven rain seal incomplete, inner paint missing in large patch". But that's me; I can fix it for nothing and safely use it, but you're selling these to everyone....and someone's going to get hurt. But who cares right? 9 billion ants on this apple, nobody will even notice. So if you're reading this, and you bought one of these....make sure your ground line is actually grounded, because god knows we can't trust the home builders not to cut corners either.

Honest ad, good 20w unit
I have purchased many of these LED lights, most of them have a couple of issues, most do not connect the ground (or earth) wire internally, on these they do.Most use undersize drivers, meaning it says that it is 20w, but when you measure it, it only delivers 12 or 13w.these drew 21w which is perfect because the driver uses about 1w so you are getting the full 20w.I bought 3 of these, 2 to replace ones on a 16' pole to light my driveway and one for a spare. the 2 in the driveway have been burning every night for 5 months with no issues and provide plenty of light and the warm white is easy on the eyes. The only negative issues I have with them and all of this sort is the very short pig tail it comes with, you have to mount it directly to a box to wire it, and it is a sealed unit, you cannot open it to replace the driver or chip, like a light bulb, you just replace it when it goes. But, all in all, very nice compact units. I'll update this when they burn out.
