This product is the1st calcium that is EASY TO SWALLOW. After doing an internet search of best calcium supplements this was highly rated & has quality ingredients.

Good quality plant calcium
I like that it is from a plant and also has other vitamins included such as K-2, D3 and magnesium among others included in one tablet. It's somewhat large but easy to swallow with water and doesn't cause stomach upset.

it doesn't mention it, but the bottle i received has an OU kosher symbol, so that guarantees that even the food glaze is from a non-animal source. good to know.

Price and ingredients
For half the price of raw calcium tabs. These are much more affordable and have same ingredients. Tried one month and just reordered a few more bottles. Exp date goes out also.

Way too large
These are so large I have to cut them in half and then crush. Wont be buying them again. I am not an elderly person.
