Easy to install. Works great!

Parts perfectly fit and laundry washer issue is solved.

Pretty straight forward if you know what you are doing. Just make sure you put some high friction grease on any parts that will be touching rubbing. Had to take it all apart and do that because it was very squeaky once installed. Been holding up really well.

Part fit is good

Had two different kits. neither one would work. The riser ring is so tight the actuator arm does not have enough strength to shift it. Had to put my old one back on.

this was the 3rd one I have bought and put on in less than 3 years. this one lasted 1 year and 2 weeks and I need another one.

I always hold my breath when buying other than OEM but I was curious so I also purchased a set from the local appliance store for 4x as much but it was an Whirlpool issued parts kit. To my untrained eye, they sure look the same, they locked into place the same and they seem to perform the same. I have switched them back and forth a couple times and I can discover no difference.

This kit delivered within 2 days after ordering it. All parts came in a small box. All pieces were in new condition and are very similar to what I removed from my washing machine except in new condition. This came with an instruction sheet which is helpful to confirm how to properly install so it works. It is a bit tricky but very doable. Very pleased with this product.

The only bad thing I have to say it's made out of that brittle plastic but on the right. Note it fit perfect. And I would rather have that break than bigger parts break
