Just started taste is very bad but i found a way to make better with mixing hot water and honey seems to help with weight loss but not fully sure yet.

Would have tried as additive to my fruit smoothie but may have made me sleepy. Not sure I would drink in the morning or on a busy day. I think all green tea is herbal and this is green and works as a tea but his is definitely not herbal tea.

I'm 61 and i drink this every morning as a tea and taste wonderful! I feel great, level energy all day, clarity, better skin, healthy nails and I'm sure it's internally doing more than I know, like regulation weight loss to my surprise! I got this tea to try to boost my milk supply which had dipped from a lot of stress. The first time I pumped after a moringa latte i got 2 oz more than I’d been getting! I couldn’t believe how quickly it helped so I started drinking a moringa latte every day and my supply has gone back up to normal and more which is a huge relief. On top of that my skin started glowing and I feel more energetic . The health benefits of this tea are endless. I’ve been recommending this to all my friends and family. ( my latte recipe is a tsp. Moringa in 8 oz boiling water then I add a pinch of Celtic sea salt , a splash of half and half and a tsp of honey. )

The only complaint that I have about this product is that it taste like somebody cut my grass and put it in powder form outside of that I have no complaints. The only thing that I would recommend is to include a few recipes on how to properly use this product or even a link to recipes. Something to help make the taste better. Something to help with the proper function of this particular product. Good stuff though, if you can stand the taste.
