Does the job, you can do dips. The spacing on the rack is good. They are solid and feel like it, even though I wonder how they hold my weight when I look at them. But I’m 215 lbs and have had no issues. A little bit thin on the handles, not the most comfortable.

I bought these for my Fitness Reality squat rack. They fit the rack perfectly and feel secure while I'm using them. Welds are good and have a good quality look about them.Pros--1) Lightweight - I hang them on a couple of hooks on the wall and they tuck easily out of the way2) Functional - I use them primarily for the dip function, but have them used them for bodyweight rows with clients3) Welds - Welds look solid and cleanCons --1) More flexibility in them than I'd like - I'm 215 lbs and so put some weight on these bars, and they do have a slight amount of flex in them, not so much that I feel like they may give way but enough to know it happens2) Thin handles - I'd like the handles to be a little thicker. They feel narrow in the hand while doing dips. To help I gave each one of them a good wrap of tennis grip tape and that works great for overcoming this.Would I buy them again? For the price they're worth it for the home gym. I've used them for a couple of weeks now and do not regret the purchase. They're a nice addition to my garage gym.

This dip attachment works great on my cage. The cage is 2" square tubing with 1" holes and this fits perfectly. It's very strong and would easily work for large guys. You can also use this for pull-ups. The design gives you 3 different holds for that, including a 45 degree hold.

These work great and function exactly the same as other more expensive name brands. It’s all the same these were just cheaper and they work great and same space in my gym since I dont need a dedicated dip stand now

These dip bars fit my Fitness Reality rack perfectly. I get great workouts with these. Very sturdy and very well made. The only nit pick I have is how narrow the bars are. But I just threw on some bar grips and problem solved. Great product.

Decent price, easily fits the 2x2 racks with 1" pin holes. I have a Fitness Reality rack, and it worked fine. Good distance between bars for chest/triceps dips. Sturdy construct.Minor issue is that the bars are thin, so if you have big hands may be uncomfortable. I put some fat grips on mine.Recommend if you have a home gym and don't want a wall mounted dip bar.
