The winch fit great. The switch only worked in one direction and the seller sent a new one to fix the issue. Great customer service.

Listen... this thing is good. I actually upgraded to the 3500. Which is perfection.I am incredibly happy with the zeak company. I had a couple minor issues with this and they were nothing but understanding and helpful.If your looking for the top of the line product, plan on spending 4times this. If your looking for something that will work great ans has a top of the line company backing their product. Just hit buy now!

Excellent product
Great product and pretty strong. Quality is 5 stars. I didn't receive the first one but amazon refunded my money and purchased another one. Was a good choice to reorder it. I would recommend this product to all ATV owners. The price is unbeatable

Works but...
I didn't use the remote because I was just swapping out my old one. My old one was a brand name which I didn't buy because of the cost. I did notice quality of the remote was not at the same level as my old one. My old one was a cable which I hated because I had to repair yearly.Biggest complaint is the nylon sleeve almost always bunches up and causes binding. I left on my old rollers from my old winch which turned out to be a great idea because that nylon sleeve would have been destroyed by now.Simple winch that is cheap. That's what I wanted and that's what I got.

Works ok but very noisy.
Works ok but winch is very noisy. Winch rope is very week. I use it on my atv to use on plow and it brakes 2 or 3 times every time I plow driveway. Iv tryed several ways of tieing rope and same result.Keeps braking. Do not recommend this winch .

does not properly fir North American ATV's
Winch bolt mounting pattern is NOT 4 bolt @ 3" x 5" centers, it is 2 bolt only and drilled at exactly the wrong place for Artic Cat, Honda, Polaris, Can-Am and cannot be properly mounted without re-drilling, and there is insufficient room on the bracket for a 4 @ 3" x 5" pattern. Had to re-drill all four holes at 3" x 4" pattern on both the plate on the winch and the plate on the ATV. The solenoid was extremely difficult to mount as it needs to be mounted within 10" of the winch, due to extremely short cables and space is very limited up front on both my Can-Am and my Arctic Cat. I would NOT recommend this product.
