I bought this mug because Garcia in Criminal minds is one day my favourite characters and she has this mug.It's fab, I have used it allot and have not had any problems.

Very pleased with it. A bit harder to clean than a normal mug as the inside has slight indents where the legs are (but don’t worry the legs aren’t hollow!)

Nice paint but very heavy, especially when filled.

I gave this 3 starts because it looks very cool. Huge capacity. Chunkier than most mugs so you assume it will be sturdy. Alas less than two weeks later the inside finish cracked all over, a chip appeared on the outside, with another chunk coming off off the bottom inside the mug. Seems like the finish on this was not meant for hot drinks. It still works so I'll use it for now. But eventually soon rather than later, it will probably become a small planter for a cactus or a pen holder instead. Considering how much damage there is already it is definitely not worth £16.

My daughter loved this mug

Love the design, yet the inside “cracked” as soon as input hot water in it to make a cup of tea. Doesn’t affect the product but just doesn’t look great when looking into the cup as I drink!

Arrived earlier than stated. Really cute and very nicely finished. I think recipient will love it
