Real Estate Investing For Dummies Paperback – November 12, 2019

This book is full of insight. I am looking to purchase an investment property and thought I had gathered a lot of info in my research. Well this book is full of hidden nuggets that I had not read about before. This is a definite must before you buy your next real estate.

I love this book. Very great book.

Seems like it gives decent amount of knowledge for the cost. I’m satisfied with my purchase. Definitely spurned my interest to buy more books on the subject. So far I have found a for dummies book that I’ve been dissatisfied with. Not for experts but for people just getting started.

Great for beginners

I normally really enjoy the "how to for dummy series." This book did not seem to embrace the standard set my the series of books. The author(s) started the first chapter by being far too technical and not simplifying the basic real estate concepts. By comparison, the stock investment book was phenomenal. This book did not simplify much at all, and I felt like I needed other books to help me understand the topics presented with this book.
