Great tech and awesome product just make sure you know what your doing.
With a product like this it's difficult to recommend it to a general consumer as like with many bleeding edge technologies you have to understand how to troubleshoot. This product out of the box connected flawlessly to my PC and was very easy to demo for people interested. What gives this product value is the mods/integrations that work with the vest. My only issue being if you can't understand how to follow a video tutorial you may never get to that point. Once you get everything set up this vest truly shines and provides an additional level of immersion and data. Being able to know where you get shot in a game like Half Life Alyx or Virtual Battlegrounds fixes a design hurdle that VR has due to the lack of player feedback besides controller rumble. The amount of games currently gives you a decent value but as more popular titles start offering integration this vest only increases in value. A person into this technology is probably able to set everything up without issue which is why I'm giving it 5 stars but if you are someone who isn't able to follow a YouTube tutorial you may not have the best experience. Love mine and hope to see this company expand the amount of software supported.

Awesome unforseen Guitar Teacher
The vest is a super cool invention the only complaint is connectivity. Un-intended use is learning bass guitar with the vest in concert bass mode learning a new song has never been easier to actually feel the notes on time allows unpresidented accuracy in timing for rapid teaching!

Adds Another Dimension to VR But Warning for WMR Users
WARNING Windows Mixed Reality USERS: DO NOT GET THIS FOR BEAT SABER EXPERT/EXPERT+ Fast Songs. The bHaptics Tactot Vest is an amazing kit but has some drawbacks. This haptic vest increases VR immersion as touch now comes into play. Although the touch sensation isn't really realistic, it does gives a nice sense of impact when playing in VR. Even without the native support for some games, the audio-to-haptic feedback is quite enjoyable. The downside is this thing is a bit heavy. It isn't too uncomfortable to wear but it isn't something you'd want to wear for long periods. I found my VR sessions cut a little shorter due to the weight and heat buildup of the unit. It's more tolerable and you can have long sessions with it in a cool room with a fan running. Although it gets warm pretty fast without the fan, the sensation from the haptic feedback vest alone makes me want to keep on going. As for Windows Mixed Reality compatibly, they state that WMR Controllers will have no interference problems when using the vest in a normal environment. This is not true. I have used it in a normal home environment but I still notice the controllers being slightly less accurate such as when playing Beat Saber; for example, I missed just a few more blocks than usual when using this vest (UPDATE: I do NOT recommend this with Beat Saber Expert/Expert+ mode for fast songs as it is unplayable with many block misses). Thought about returning the vest at first, but decided to keep it after using it for a while. It is quite fun to use and does bring more immersion to the table, but I wished the vest was a little bit lighter and cooler. They state that the vest is 1.7kg which is about 3.74lbs which is kind of heavy compared to something you normally wear everyday. The slightly worse tracking with the WMR controllers because of the bluetooth connection I can live with (I am unsure if I will continue use this for Beat Saber because of the constant controller tracking issues) but If the vest was about at least 20% lighter and the heat buildup is a bit more relaxed, it would have been 5 stars.

Great concept but needs more...
Got the vest and used it with my HTC Vive and Oculus Quest and I like the concept of it but needs a lot more to be worth the $$. Only a few games work and I even modded Skyrim VR to try it there. Was ok but just not worth the money. So I returned it.

DO NOT BUY THIS FOR USE IN VRCHAT!
My friend purchased this suit for use within the social app "VRChat" and I was helping them set it up. The way it functions within VRChat is atrocious. Firstly, it works by rendering a black and red box, WHICH EVERYONE NEAR YOU CAN SEE, in the top left of my VR headset, causing me to think that my headset was faulty. Secondly, the suit can react to the avatar's own chest moving around which makes she suit activate randomly. I don't know how well this functions in other games, but if you want it for use in VRChat, I'm sorry to say that it is very, very poorly implemented.

Great Product, Really Adds to Immersion; Also Great Customer Support
Ok, so this vest does what it says. Each game needs to be programmed to take advantage of it, but if the game does, it makes the overall VR experience incredibly more immersive.I mostly use this with SkyrimVR, and it's awesome. I can feel the rain, feel the rumble of a waterfall, and feel it when I get shot with an arrow, or blasted with fire. Or, worse case scenario, when a dragon breathes fire on me.Plus, their customer support is super responsive, and really helpful.Overall, 5/5. Expensive, but so is everything VR related at this point.

I feel bullets in VR
Finally a VR accessory that its not a gimmick, solid build .. you kinda see where the 500 bucks went, excellent response time, and setup was a breeze, if you like VR shooters and VR chat , this is the device to buy, it only needs more games. Since I purchased it 2 months ago i' ve seen 2 mods and 1 native game come out, I think the Half life Alyx mod was amazing. But again if you are an early adopter and have the cash go buy it.Ps for the guy in the comments talking about this thing getting hot .. its not the vest fault bro ...
