Simple and easy to install
Install this on a leather bag the has a loose flap. It was very easy to install without hardly any tool. Quality is good and the look suits the bag perfectly.

Size matters
I purchased this to replace the clasps on my vintage LL Bean messenger bag since they don’t do repairs anymore but they are too small.Apparently no vendor has the larger size ones

Work well
My wife’s satchel had latches that fell off and she lost them. I took it to the local shoe repair guy where he held the bag for over 6 weeks and did nothing with it. He said he couldn’t find the hardware. I got tired of waiting and got the bag back and repaired it myself. My wife is happy and says that you can’t even tell it was ever broken.

Not bad latching hardware for the price.
It's bronze color hardware. Quality isn't that great, but it gets the job done. I'd say it's definitely on the cheaper side.
