For Leg fatigue and circulatory issues (most likely atherosclerosis related)My 98 year old Aunt, had been taking the original one of this, and I now take this as a preventive and leg symptoms below.Excellent product. Have since switched over to the newer product with Cordiart. My leg and circulatory issues hit mid 50s at correct body weight and good health. Dr stated that the sensation in legs were not a concern.Unusual leg sensation and fatigue to worsened, all the while Dr with a wait and watch approach.Wait and watch for arterial problems? I think not, considering older relatives in my family had such hardships.Took these and the sensations were gone in two weeks time, with mild improvement leading up to that point.I take this supplement daily before breakfast, and those odd feelings in legs are gone.Update: Adding Life extensions PQQ 10 mg to my routine, which I shall begin at a dose of 10 mg and work upwards to the recommended 20 mg per day.I had researched this for other issues for my spouse, and found that there are benefits beyond those already amazing mitochondria benefits.It appears that supplementation with PQQ is associated with a decrease in C-reactive protein concentrations in serum.This study also noted that urinary trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO) was reduced and since both C-reactive protein (CRP) and TMAO are thought to be biomarkers for atherosclerosis PQQ is thought to have an important role.

Just purchased, and I'm not sure if I'll notice any visible results quickly. What I can say is if you have difficulty AT ALL with swallowing large pills you will probably choke on these! I'm not sure why they couldn't have reduced the size, and increased the dosage. I may have to look for another product with the same ingredients for this reason alone. So buyer beware.**EDITED to add this: ......IF you have stomach issues, you might want to read the label again. It sure is causing a morning detox for me. I will have to find an alternative because of this side-effect.

I do have coronary artery disease, August 12014 I undergone a complex coronary intervention with placement of 4 stents.It was the first time I hear about this illness. I continuous with blood pressure medication Losartan potassium 50 mg. one a day. My cholesterol, triglycerides and blood pressure are normal. So far very good.I'm 84 years old, follow the diet of the book, I exercise, meditation, do wire art, mentally very sharp, blessed with an outstanding memory, according to my friends and family looks less than70, just a few wrinkles . If I could give it a minus 10, I would. I have been using SOD for decades as it alieviates arthritic pain. And the Life Extention product was by far the best. Not anymore.Now the've redesigned the product and it is delivered in an ENORMOUS pill that is difficult, actually dangerous, to try to swallow. They call it a jell capsule, but unlike most "jells", which would slide down the throat easily, it has a leathery surface. I take handfuls of supplements daily, and this has never happened before, but I choaked on one of these pills, and for 25 minutes thought I might die. I live alone, couldn't call anyone because I couldn't speak...Tried to give myself the Heimlich over a chair but it didn'y work, tried to make myself regurgitate & that didn't work. Finally, after nearly 30 minute of terrifing choaking, the pill began to disolve and work it's way down my throat.I will NEVER use this product again.

I can't say how this product works by itself. My husband uses this product in conjunction with others. Having regular blood tests with his homeopathic the blood work looks very good. So, we believe it is a positive addition.

This was recommended by one of my doctors who takes it. I believe it helps me as well.

I felt better taking this although there is no outward signs healthwise but it for is for arteries.
