My first bottle, so far I got my energy back, I take one capsule every day with my fisrt meal. I needed some form of B vitamins supplement to not cause irritation to my bladder due to my IC, thanks to this form of fat soluble vitamin im happy! No bladder irritation! Im 45 female, so you can imagine how much we need help with energy due to hormonal issues.

I had heard that this product could help with class 2 diabetics (non-insulin injections). I have had problems with keeping weight off for years, and it was only getting more challenging. I know that I was also having issues with inflammation in my hands making them sore and swollen on most days. Also being tired and depressed was always looming over my head. I have not even been taking them for a month yet and already my hands are feeling so much better. I seem also to have more energy and be less forgetful about things. Depression comes and goes still but I do feel like I have a better outlook on what is to come instead of always thinking about things that I have no control over. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day but I was listening to someone on a podcast about taking this type of product and they said to go slow and increase over time. So I am currently only taking 1 capsule every day and seeing some progress in my situation. I did compare this brand to others but I find the Benfotiamine was the selling aspect of this one as well as being water and fat-soluble. The price also doesn't break the bank when it comes to breaking down the costs. I would highly recommend this product to others but always do your own research and make sure it is what you need.
