So far this has been a great product! You can definitely feel the extra warmth it provides during a workout, and can see the sweat production after you unwrap. I haven’t seen any bodily changes yet.If there was one thing I could change it would be the width of the band. It’s a little too long and sits a little funny on my lower abdomen!

It’s a great wrap that defiantly gets the heat up and results can be seen. It’s also nice that it’s adjustable as your waist thins out. My only issue was that it easily tears on the inside if you’re not careful. But not too bad!

This waist trainer is the best. I have4 kids and just had a baby last year so I am tryna lose this stomach. I wear it all day and can see the what it is doing. Been only using it for 4 days now.

I was looking for a belt that was flexible as my weight has fluctuated but still gave a good amount of restriction for sweating and circulation. I ordered more than one and went with this belt because it was more secure and allows for me to change my size as my weight changes.
