Perfect for going out, fits Comotomo bottles, keeps water hot for hours
I’ve found I’m not as comfortable or confident nursing in public, and my baby hates having nursing covers over her, so that’s left us with navigating taking along bagged breastmilk and bottles whenever we go out. I wanted a simple, inexpensive, discreet way to heat up milk that didn’t require a power source, and this is absolutely perfect. I’ve used it 5+ times since it arrived and it’s worked great every time. I use our electric kettle to boil up water and fill it up, and it stays extremely hot for hours (multiple times, I’ve forgotten to empty the water until 12+ hours later, and it’s still been almost boiling temperature!). I prefer bringing my milk totally frozen with an ice pack by it so it doesn’t thaw out fast while we’re out, and it only takes a few minutes to thaw out a bag of frozen milk in this. I haven’t had any issues with leaking so far. It’s a bit bulky, but I can slip it down in our diaper bag backpack well enough, and the outer part (that you pour the hot water into) easily holds one or more breastmilk bags, and it can hold Comotomo brand bottles. I am so pleased with how well this works—it’s made feeding my daughter in public so much faster, easier, and more comfortable.

Very Simple and Effective
I've researched many travel bottle warmers. Here was my criteria:- Easy to use- Truly portable (small enough to easily fit in a diaper bag)- Mobile (not necessarily tied to a power source)- Quickly heats up milk- No chance of accidentally scorching the milkMost products seemed easy to use but the biggest issues with those that plugged into the car charger is that they took forever to heat up the bottle (~30 minutes). That might work if I only had an infant and was tuned into her hunger cues at all times. But I have a toddler and when we're out and about, time is of the essence. I can't wait 30 minutes - by that time the baby is screaming. Also, I didn't want to have to run to the car to heat the bottle. This warmer is the perfect system for me. I fill with boiling water before we head out. The thermos keeps the water very hot throughout our small trips. I haven't tried it out for more than 4 hours but the water was kept incredibly hot during that time period.I just pour about 2 to 3 inches of water into the very tall cup that comes with it and drop the bottle in. About 2 minutes later, the milk is the perfect temperature. The biggest issue is that you're dealing with scalding hot water. With an active toddler and a baby to juggle, this takes a lot of concentration and awareness. The tall cup makes it a bit safer but you still have to be on your toes. I have safely poured the water into the cup while sitting in the backseat of a moving vehicle so it's not that difficult.Could you find a thermos that is cheaper? Sure. I haven't found one with a tall cup like the one provided here and that is a key component of its safety and even heating capabilities. We're very pleased with this product and I've recommended it to several friends already.Ultimately, this fits our needs perfectly

PUT THIS ON YOUR REGISTRY! Your Friend doesn't know she needs this - get it for her.
I have been looking for an on-the-go warmer for months. I actually thought there might be one I could plug into a car outlet, but no luck. This was on my Amazon suggestions and I thought it was dumb. I mean, come on - a Tommee Tippee specific bottle warmer? For that price it must be junk.I searched and searched and finally decided "what the he**? I'll just go for it."THIS THING HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!No more trying to warm a bottle with my hands, my thighs, behind my bra.No more paying .99 for a "cup" to simply fill with hot water to warm a bottle. No more asking a waiter to bring a bowl or some kind of container of hot water and watching them scramble to try and find something that fits a Tommee Tippee bottle. (B/C you know they are FAT!).You just boil some water before you leave, put it into the thermos, and go!Pros:Keeps water hot (enough) to warm a bottle for HOURS! We went to Texas RenFest and the water was warm from 9a-9p.The white cup is the perfect size to put the TT bottle in. You don't get that with "just a thermos."The white cup goes over the thermos so it's all in one place. You do not have to take the top of the thermos off to pour water into the cup.Low tech - no need to find an outlet - so you don't have to run back to the car if you are at your other child's soccer game/swim meet/scouting event in the middle of nowhere....You can also warm other drinks/food in the cup, not only anything Tommee Tippee. Avent bottles, food pouches, even jars of food fit into this cup. Tall bottles like Dr. Browns will fit in this cup!Cost pro- once you purchase this, you do not have to buy additional special heating packs or accessories. I remember seeing a product at B.B.Babystore that could warm items with their special packs. It was not available when I began my search.Cons:If you overfill the thermos and try to put the top on, you might burn yourself with the hot water (this is no fault of the thermos). (True story)Hard to remember if thermos is open or shut. My mother left it open on the way back from somewhere and a bit of the water leaked out.It is one more thing to carry along. (But you're already carrying 20 lbs of related gear, so what's a bit more, right? haha)The cup is too big to fit into a car cup holder, so if using in a vehicle you'll have to hold it.If I know we are going to be out for a while I will pour the water from the cup back into the thermos. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to dump the water after use.I sincerely hope my review on this item helps you. I read a ton of the reviews and wasn't convinced until I purchased and used this item for myself.NOTE: I did not purchase this item to keep water hot in order to make bottles. I purchased ONLY for warming purposes. I would not use the water poured back in for making bottles. You can use the water to make bottles and warm bottles if you didn't return the used water to the container. (I wanted to be sure I said that so no one worries that I'm giving my little dude dirty water!)
