Very high quality peeler. What I liked about it is that it peels a thin layer of the peel so there is no waste of peeled vegetables. His knives are sharp and easily peeled. They do not rust. Very convenient to use. Great product.

This is a sturdy good quality peeler. It comes with a blade protector for drawer storage. It's very good for those that suffer from carpal tunnel/arthritis because the handle is larger and made to be more comfortable.
