I am so thrilled that I tried this resin!
I have been using Naked Fusion‘s Artist Resin for a while on paintings and coasters. I LOVE the brand so I decided to try their Deep Pour Resin. I didn’t have a lot of experience with deeper casting so it was all new to me. They provided very thorough instructions so that helped immensely because the cure time and approach are different from their other resin. The resin is a thinner consistency so that made it really easy to mix. I am sensitive and noticed that there was no smell which makes me feel very comfortable working around this resin. I made a large pyramid in 3 layers. I poured 18 ounces of clear mixed epoxy resin in the top of the pyramid in one pour. I was super excited to see that the resin was curing so clear, any tiny bubbles seemed to disappear on their own and rise to the surface while it was curing. Later I poured the 2nd layer with blue mica pigment added and it was about 3/4 inches deep. Then I poured one more inch deep layer of clear. I waited between layers for the lower layer of resin to be cured enough to add another layer. The Deep Pour took longer to cure which was totally worth the wait! I love the way this pyramid turned out and it was pretty easy to make! I was surprised to see how the layer of blue reflected through the entire clear part of the pyramid almost making it look like it glows blue. The clarity is amazing!! I posted pictures of different angles so all the effects could be seen. I can’t wait to try different shaped molds to see what happens. I was happy that I didn’t need a lot of experience, I just followed basic instructions and I got great results. I would highly recommend this resin for any deep casting projects. It’s so easy to work with and the results are fantastic!

Great epoxy!
This is a great epoxy, easy to mix and it’s relatively straight forward. There is zero smell which is why I chose this brand and it sets up in about three days and as ready to sand In about 4-5 depending on the air temperature where you are working.I have been using it for about 6 months now and have had zero issues with bubbles.Mixes quickly, great working time and takes pigment well. You have about 1 day before you are no longer able to manipulate the surface for different looks in the texture of your pigments. After that it will be to hard to work with and you will rush introducing air bubbles to your piece.Released with zero issues when using my molds. My main use is charcuterie boards, but I’m going to branch out to larger pieces soon.

My go to resin for deep pour projects
Naked Fusion is crystal clear and this deep pour is amazing at releasing bubbles. I highly recommend and it has a long work time. Great for egg molds and round table top molds.

Crystal clear
Easy to use if you follow the instructions. No fumes to speak of. Takes a long time to harden but is worth the wait.

Water tight form, slow set time, follow mixing directions
Deep Pour Crystal Clear was easy to use and had clear instructions. I built a form and poured the counter in place. Be sure to use tape to release your form. The product has a very thin consistency so it was very smooth and crystal clear. My only issue was it took a long time to dry and the air conditioning moving over it while curing made ripples you could not feel but could see. I was able to correct the flaw with a light sanding and covering the AC vent for the second pour. Caution be 100% sure your form is water tight!!!!

Excellent Product
I am a beginner at resin work. I bought this to help my bug science class preserve their best specimens and it works great! It takes a long time to set so you have some forgiveness time. I did the insects in 2 pours. First, I filled the mold half full and positioned the insect, then waited several days for it to harden. Then I poured the second half. I had a few air bubbles, but they look amazing!

Junk in the epoxy
I have used this product before with good results. However, the last two kits i purchased had some of the UV coloring had coagulated and came out in my pour.

Great resin
More expensive than some other resins but you get what you pay for. The low viscosity make it easy to mix and pour. You -can- pour thinner layers but they will take much longer to cure. The low viscosity makes it much easier to get rid of air bubbles.
