JEFA Tech Low Loss 400 is a high performance alternative to CommScope WBC-400, Times Microwave Systems -400, Belden 9914 / 9913 / 7810 and Andrew CNT-400 coax cable. This is high performance coaxial cable which has become the standard of the outdoor wireless LAN industry. It is also used by Amateur Radio stations looking for higher performance for VHF/UHF, microwave, and satellite communications as compared to standard RG-8/U. decent cable for a good price
The one problem with this coax (maybe with ANY coax??) is that if you hang it such that it supports its own weight, it's good for less than 40'. Or at least I think this is what went wrong. It appears as if the center conductor separated under tension. If you support the coax every few feet with rope it is just fine, I think. The awful thing about the tension problem is that when you take the coax down and bring it in to test it, it appears to be perfect. Gotta love it.This supplier has been good and after 3 spools of this stuff I can't complain.

Great value.
I have found no difference is the use of the JEFA Tech Low Loss 400 Coax over the actual LMR 400 cable. It have the same ohms and durability. The RG 59 connectors fit securely and have not indicated a brittle center conductor as I have found on some equivalent type coax.I would recommend the JEFA Tech Low Loss 400 to all my friends.
