Pros- Good build quality. Handle operates smoothly and it is easy to select desired temperature. Turns off just by lowering the handle with a light touch, but stays where you put it when operating.- Comes with all you need. You need a supply valve that has a male 3/8" compression fitting. Pretty standard.- Chrome is of good quality.- Feels very heavy. Doubt there is any plastic in there (except for the aerator). May even be solid brass.- Good flow. I have been leery when buying any fixtures in the last couple of decades, due to "water saver" aerators. This faucet has good flow and fills the sink in a reasonable amount of time.Neutral- It sweeps back fairly far. I only have 1/4" (6 mm) of clearance behind it.Cons- Nut for fastening under the sink has no flats or any other way to get a tool on it. Pretty much hand tighten. You could easily move this faucet by bumping it.- It's crooked. Very crooked.I sent them an email. I expect they will send me a new one. It has free returns; if they don't, then I'll have to return it. I'd prefer to just get a new one so I don't have to go without a faucet in the mean time.Update: I should have updated this earlier. They sent me a new faucet very quickly and it has been installed for a year with no issues. Heavy use bathroom.

While the style of these faucets is lovely, the quality is very inconsistent/low.Here is our saga:Ordered 2 faucets for a new double sink installation. One of the two leaked from the handle. It appears to be a manufacturing defect in the base that won't allow the supply lines to screw in fully. The head of the other was also twisted, but usable. Returned the defective one.Ordered a replacement. Got them both installed and stepped back to admire our handiwork. The faucets were completely different heights (about a 3/8 inch difference - VERY noticeable).Ordered a 4th faucet in hopes it would match the height of one of the two that worked. Got that one in, installed it. And that one leaked as well. Same issue as the other defective one.So now we're 2.5 weeks behind schedule on the project and still don't have a working sink.We are giving up on this model and are returning them all.You might have luck getting one that works - but seems like the chances of getting two that work and are of similar size are pretty low.Caveat emptor.

The faucet does look nice and sleek, but as many reviewers have said, it is loud when the water is running. The product images also show a solid stream of water coming out of the spout, but there really is an aerator installed. The water coming out of the aerator is not a nice aerated stream unless it is running full blast and at that point, the water coming out is too strong of a flow for me and is splashes water all over the sink. There is no way to remove the aerator besides breaking it out as others have said.

Beautiful faucet. HOWEVER, the nut that secures faucet from underneath is mostly PLASTIC. We searched all over for a replacement brass nut to no avail, so we had to use the plastic. Our plumber was afraid to snug this plastic nut down completely--if these were to break, we'd have been out of luck. Why have such a gorgeous, heavyweight faucet be secured with plastic???

Looks good, works well, but is indeed very loud. Also the rubber gasket that came with it is round and sticks out on the sides, so that looks funny. The gasket should have been rectangular or the base of the faucet should have had a circular element to hide it or something.

Seem like they are not doing a quality inspection for the product?I ordered this nice design product for our powder room, end up, I received the defect product. After I install the faucet, looking great in my powder room. As soon as I turn on the water underneath the sink. Water spill out uncontrollably from the handle, water splash all over my power room and wall. I will return the faucet to the seller, and our powder room is now out of service.

I bought 2.1st one pressure too low. I tried another faucet and gave me good pressure.2nd. Start leaking from the handle moving parts.(cartridge) has some old calcium build up when opened.I will have to return .

Design is beautiful but my plumber didn't like that it couldn't be tightened completely. Not that I tug on it, but you could move or knock it off-center. It has some minor pitting at the tip of the faucet but otherwise the polished chrome is beautiful.
