Dell 926 Photo All-In-One Printer

I bought this printer as it is the same as my old one. I had extra ink cartridges and wanted to use it up, then buy a new printer. The printer is not refurbished. Refurbished means it is like new. Hardly! It had ink cartridges still loaded. You know, the kind you get refilled. When I received it, the ink had leaked out and was all over the inside of the printer. The seller constantly e-mailed about every little detail of the shipping. I know he was just trying to be nice, but if I wanted to deal directly with the seller, I would shop E-Bay. I shop Amazon because it is stress free. Maybe, I should have shopped E-Bay, could have probably got this printer for half the price.

Some one was working on this printer. Who ever it was they didn't put the case on right and the top half won't close. It workes now but I know it won't last too long. I wanted a good used printer not a abused used printer. Dennis

Good Machine but the ink can only be bought through the company and they keep the ink Expensive. To me I thinkthere cartridges are not truely filled. We have mostly Kodak printers which are really good and the ink is notexpensive, the only reason we bought another Dell is we had a lot of ink on hand but this next time we will keep a short supply of Dell ink on hand and then we will have all Kodak machines.

what a piece of junk,if it didnt cost me more to return it that the cost of the item i would of sent it back!!!it doent read the the ink cartriges so I have to go thur multi steps just to print in black onlybecause it doesn't read the color cartrige, I could of used my old one because I broke the clipfrom my old printer and could of had it repaired

Printer arrived in extremely poor condition - broken pieces and wiring bent and damaged - does not print and is not working I have requested to return item, however I have not received information or instructions on how to return. I am an active Amazon purchaser and this is the worse experience that I have ever gone through with Amazon - I will never purchase anything through Amazon again.

This is my second 926 and I'm very pleased with it. My first one lasted 7 years meeting all of my needs and expectations, and I feel very fortunate that I was able to find this current one available through Amazon. The cd and the manual missing from the box. Almost $300 is to much money wiithout all the parts.Make sure you ask of any items missing before ordering.

This product is dependable. I had one for 8 years.I rated this product with 4 stars because it served me well.
