Not a great product.
It dries so quickly. And the brush is not comfortable to draw perfect curves on the eyelids. It gets applied to eye lashes as well and it's really tough to remove it later. You will have to wash it twice or thrice to remove it. Not recommended.

Wrong description not a matte
This is not a matte eyeliner

Shiny and a pain to clean up
First of all it’s not Matt. The liner has a shine close to being glossy. The consistency is watery so you have to layer it a few times. The worst is that it doesn’t come off easily. It doesn’t dissolve in water based cleansers and forms clumps when using oil based cleansers that is very difficult and damaging to the lashes to take off. Wouldn’t recommend.
