This is NOT a Standard Process product. Standard Process does not have fermented cod liver oil.

How many IU's of Vit A and Vit D are in a 2 capsule serving?

I read somewhere that each tablespoon of this is approx 30,000IU of vitamin A. There seems to be quite a controversial debate going on regarding the vitamin D content of Green Pastures Fermented CLO because some sources state that there is no D3 content, only D2, which is not the ideal form to be taking. Chris Kresser has switched over to a competing brand, Rosita's, which is not fermented due to the questions of potential rancidity of this product (not entirely verified). So, there might actually be NO vitamin D content whatsoever as far as D3 goes! I personally believe this to be true because I have experienced bone density loss in my teeth since taking this product, which would be due to the very high vitamin A content. I still believe this to be a high quality product but I make sure to take a daily dose of vitamin D3 in the form of drops or real sunshine, and have reduced my intake of this product to only 1-2 times a week (1tbsp). Vitamin D3 regulates potentially harmful effects of too much vitamin A, so I try to keep my ratio skewed towards more vitamin D than A intake.
