Mode Dial Top Cover Plate Interface Cap Replacement for Canon EOS 6D Camera Repair Parts

This was a perfect fit for my camera, easy to apply with their self-adhesive back.

This was super easy to install and fit perfectly.

The sticky pad did not last, so the plate fell off and i stupidly tried to use a dab of super glue to keep it on ( i was abt to start a photo session) and it ended up ruining my canon 6d - could no longer change setting. Permanently stuck on AV mode . While there are worse settings- this was the second time it happened with this sort of replacement . Beware

It fit my 6D pretty well. The adhesive could be more sticky during application.

This is definitely not a good fit for my 6D. See attached photos of the 6D dial which has raised dots around the outside. Then a photo of the adhesive side of the dial cover which is completely flat. This cover will not adhere to the dial, the only contact points are the 6 tiny raised plastic dots and some of the area near the center button which causes the button to stick.

Great replacement. Has held up well. Only negative is that it was super difficult to peel off the round sticker to put it on. But it seems sturdy. Hoping it’ll last a long time!

Saved my camera fits great

I have been walking around without a Mode dial for a while, I found this plate that looks exactly like the original canon dial. The sticking with double sided 3M tape is a bit challenging, but it does look like its sticking to the camera.
