How durable? Hard to tell from photos / plan to travel in a van and would like to know if durable or cheap plastic? Great solution for #vanlife?

I’ve had mine about a month and have been using it as my only washing machine with several loads a week. Not cheap plastic. I feel like it should hold up well for a long time. I’m very happy with mine. Never dreamed there could be a small, non-electric machine that could work this well.

Is leak & spill proof?

Yes it is. My only wish is a little more spin power.

Where is it manufactured?

China. So that why they have difficulties with delivery. Better Business Bureau 1 star rating.

Is this returnable if I don’t like it?

Customer service was brilliant. Refunds were given immediately with some assurance that the product had not been used.
