I made CHEESE!!!!
I took a class about how to make my own cheese. This is a great solution. We are using it as a model to build more. If you are handy you will see you can make this easy yourself. If not handy ... yup this will do it for you!

Nice..but bottom board was warpef.
The bottom board was warped. I had to fabricate a "cork lift" on order to have all 4 legs to reach.

Resistencia buena
The media could not be loaded. Tiene buena resistencia, el color es natural y me encanta y el material se ve hasta ahora de excelente calidad. Es super sencillo de usar. Viene con sus dos moldes. El precio me pareció elevado pero bueno, pero es práctico, resistente y pues rápido de usar.

Great in theory bad execution
It looked nice and compact unfortunately it warped on its first use. It gave uneven pressure

Great product
This was exactly what was advertised. The press is very easy to assemble. I would recommend using some Loctite on the stop nut caps. for the bottom plate. Other than that. I cannot see how this could be improved. It is easy to use and plenty of room to add weights for that perfect cheese press. I would recommend this for the home cheese maker.
