I rarely give reviews on products purchased on Amazon, but I wanted to rave about this product and its performance relative to KT tape. I had purchased the KT Tape (KT Tape Original Cotton Elastic Kinesiology Therapeutic Athletic Tape, 20 Pack, 10” Cut Strips) and was extremely frustrated with the KT tape peeling off within the first 20-30 mins of my run. I used the KT product to tape my knee and was very diligent in cleaning the skin using alcohol, and even used a razor to shave around my knee after this peeled off the first couple of times. Made no difference and 20 mins into my run I would have the KT tape strips flapping around my knee!! :(This KT tape was touted to stay on 1-3 days and is pretty pricey relative to other brands.I decided to try (Hampton Adams (2 Pack) Kinesiology Tape for Physical Therapy Sports Athletes – Latex Free Elastic, 16ft Water Resistant Kinetic Uncut Kinesio Tape for Knee Pain, Elbow & Shoulder Muscle - Black). This tape backing is well marked (solid blue lines every 2 inches) and I cut 2 10 inch strips and one 5 inch strip, taped my right knee for full support, exactly the same way I had applied the KT tape. I did not use alcohol to clean the skin, or even shave. I could tell right away the adhesion was superior, and the elasticity was active. I went out for a 6 mile run which usually takes me 55-60 mins and lo and behold, no peeling issues whatsoever. I got back home, went in the shower and the tape was holding firm. I am continuing to wear the tape for the rest of the day and no sign of peeling whatsoever (FYI i rounded the edges of the tape with scissors when cutting).I am incredibly impressed with the performance and I think part of my enthusiasm is from the disappointment and frustration I got from the KT tape. What a flop for a highly touted not to mention expensive KT product! I figured it shouldn't be that hard to make tape with sufficient adhesion to last through 30 mins to an hour workout, leave alone a day or 2. There is an option to purchase a more expensive KT pro tape for better adhesion but surely!This Hampton Adams tape is less expensive and performs much much much better than the KT original cotton tape. Very very pleased! Knee support is excellent and my knee feels stable with pain significantly reduced.(note I have never used kinesiology tape before and this was my first foray into this).UpdateIt is now day 4, Hampton Adams tape still holding up! What can I say? I'm sold!

This tape is incredible. It’s soft, not stiff, so there’s no corners to worry about. It stays where you place it, it’s sticky and stays in place. I put the tape on my knee Monday morning before work came home took a bath (took my baths all week) and on Saturday night, I put Castro oil on both my hands rub them together, rubbed it all over the tape. I used one hand to pull the tape off and took the other hand to hold my skin while I pulled the tape off. The tape was still sticky. I rub my knee with castor oil to get rid of that adhesive and proceed with my bath.

I ordered this for a triathlon. I wanted something to keep my feet warm in the cold water and to be able to protect my feet as I ran across a field to get from the water to the bike. That race is upcoming. In the meantime, I tested them at a 3-mile swim off of Ocean City MD. They held up in the walking to and fro on the beach before the race. Then, they stayed on during the race - over 6,000 yards according to my Garmin. Plus I walked for about an hour on the beach after. This is the picture taken just as we were heading to the car. They stayed on and never got loose. And this isn't a wrap - it was several 7 inch strips. I wish I had removed my slippas so you could see that. I am very pleased with how these held up.

I like the look and feel of this tape, but my skin cannot stand the adhesive. Leaving it on for a couple of days caused itching and irritation. When I removed the tape, some of my skin went with it leaving behind the same wavy pattern in the tape. Leaving it on for only a few hours at a time resulted in adhesive left on my skin that needed to be scrubbed off otherwise it picked up any fuzz or dirt I touched until it wore off. The tape my doctor used did not do this to me, so it looks like I can’t use this brand.

I use these for shoulder pain. You need to stretch them a little, and not just adhere as is. Great for bed time, exercise, swimming. Even driving if you have limiting pain.

This one’s the best so far. Easy to cut to desired length. Easy to apply, good stretch but also good support without much stretch. Lasts for several days. No skin irritation. I’m dealing with frustrating post tib tendinitis which is impossibly slow to heal and rehab. This tape helps keep me pain free and mobile, offers crucial support right where it’s needed. Even though I think the flesh color is pretty hideous it’s good for going unnoticed. This product has been a real godsend when I was at my wit’s end.

Mi papá la usa mucho ya que es entrenador y ya es como la 4ta ocasión en que la ordenamos, funciona muy bien, tiene buena adherencia y dura bastantes días aunque se moje sobre todo las de color azul y negras, son las más efectivas. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Buena, no se despega, resiste dormir con ella. Satisfecha con mi compra. La volveré a comprar.

The adhesive is not so good rather I would say it's totally bad, I wrapped it near the knuckles It just lasted hardly for 5 minutes, then it started to peel off and wasn't sticking, since the adhesive wasn't able to hold the tape.
