Is it really cool and breathable? I have a down duvet 2.5 tog and still feeling warm, i like to cover my head under without heat being trapped.

No, I would not recommend this if you are looking for something “cool and breathable”. Ours was the opposite, we missed the window to return and ended up putting this in our guest room.

Is it machine washable and dry able

Hi there! For the best results, we would recommend dry cleaning if necessary. We would also suggest somewhere that doesn’t use the chemical perchloroethylene in their process. Machine washing may potentially cause damage to your comforter, so we don't recommend cleaning them that way.

Does it fit inside a duvet cover?

Yes. I have had no issues fitting this inside my duvet cover.
