Upon unboxing everything seemed to be in good shape, product was package safely. No broken parts or missing parts. Learning different techniques but has a issue when i try to do flat panels. It could be user error. There are alot of videos on YouTube that havr been helpful. It tends to be iffy with "red heart yarn" it drops the stitch alot and project needed to end multiple times. Over all, neat little machine. Looking forward to getting better at it lol

I was all excited to learn something new. The directions were horrible, but I'm pretty smart, so I figured it out. Ok, cool. No, not cool. I start cranking and then the clicking begins. You know, like with the old wind up toys and you wind it too far. Yeah, that happened. I also noticed that one of the plastic needles was broken so naturally that caused a perfect stripe of not knitted. Long and short of it, its a kid "toy" and cheaply made one at that.

Love the machine itself but is diffacult to use due to the two bumps in the front that totally block access to the carrage.might return due to that.

I bought this to get into knitting as part of my crafting life. I am excited about using it and I make small little crafts; but this item is definitely for children. Beginners can get away with using it as long as you are making personal item/gifts for yourself or your family. The needles catch on certain types of yarn and cause the crank to stall. Consider purchasing ONLY if you are going to learn about tube knitting/plane knitting and NOT if you want to make item for sale.

Its not the brand on the box or the one in the instructions but its the same machine. Works really well once you get the hang of it and haven't had any problems with it dropping stitches. Already made 3 scarfs tonight using mandala sparkle by lion brand yarns its a 3 yarn. No problems at all its wonderful!

UPDATE:finally found a replacement crank, hoping replacing this part would solve the problem. Upon taking the machine apart we located these two broken points which explains why the product never worked. Both broken points are from the same screw hole that hold the crank in place.WOULD LOVE A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT MACHINE PLEASE. Product isnt working. I have the 48 pin size and it works great so i know how to use this, its just not working. Sounds like its grinding gears from the handle. Missed the return date by a day. Would love a replacement.

Instructions unclear, I had to YouTube starting and finishing. Crank jams with little to no tension on the yarn. Too small to make adult hats, or even adult socks.

The media could not be loaded.  It’s almost like the gears on the inside are not catching. I turn the handle and it does not spin. Does not work more than 50% of the time. As I am buying this to make items to sell on an Etsy shop, it is unreliable.
