Smaller than I thought 🤔
I have needed a replacement foam roller for awhile but kept putting it off, I've worn down my past foam rollers so much they're literally flattened 🫠I decided to look around for what I might benefit from the most and as soon as I saw this Triggerpoint one with patent pending design I was sold lmao especially because it looked like I wasn't going to be able to flatten this one anytime soon!I wasn't too sure if I should have started with the longer one but I felt I would get the most drastic affect from this one which I can definitely say it delivers 👏 I am now very interested in completing my set and getting the longer one for less intense angles on certain parts of the body.Overall I am beyond happy, it is the perfect replacement for my foam rolling tastes but I like a deep tissue massage/chiropractic work and not everyone does so be warned 🤤 it's been the easiest foam roller to crack my neck when providing traction, along with the usual spots for me that we're getting increasingly difficult to do with my beaten down foam roller.10/10 I'm already getting so much benefit from using this every night it's insane, I forgot how much a high-densitity foam roller really matters!I only wish it was a few inches wider as I'm having to double check if I'm going to fall off when using it on my back, but also I think getting the longer foam roller would solve this issue (which is probably why they made it shorter) 💜

I should have bought this years ago
My back is frequently out of alignment between my shoulder blades due to muscle tension. For years I've been going to the chiropractor every few months to have it popped back into place. This foam roller isn't a complete replacement for chiropractor visits, but I think they'll be far less often.I spent a couple minutes rolling back and forth on this thing, and got several good pops. I also felt like I got a decent massage, which if done a couple times a day, every day, should reduce the tension. It's a bit bigger than I expected, but I'll still be able to fit it in my duffle for work travel.

Incredibly Helpful to Keep Running/Playing Sports, Probably at Any Age
I have used this brand as my go-to for well over a decade to stretch/massage legs mostly, and back occasionally when needed to realign. Using it has allowed me to keep running, playing tennis, staying as uninjured as reasonably possible, and feeling good from my 30s theough 50+.. I takes a lottle while to get your legs conditioned to it, and stretched, and hurts a bit at first for tight IT bands, hamstrings, etc, but once you are conditioned it's amazing and incredibly effective. A marathoning friend says he couldn't run at all without it and would have stopped in his early 30s. My only criticism is that I break them now and then and need to replace them, but I am also 200+ pounds, and put almost my full weight on it, and usenit daily. I would give 4.5 stars for this reason, but will round up.

Rolling With the Punches – and My Quads
The TriggerPoint Grid 1.0 has been a great addition to my recovery routine. Its compact 13" size makes it easy to store and travel with, while still being long enough to target most muscle groups effectively. The multi-density surface really helps get into tight spots without being overly harsh. It's great for both warmups and post-workout recovery. The build quality is solid and hasn’t broken down or warped, even with regular use. It’s firm enough to offer real muscle relief but not so hard that it’s painful. My only minor gripe is that the 13" length can feel a bit short when trying to roll out both legs or your back at once. This is something to consider if you prefer a full-length roller. Still, for most uses, it's more than sufficient.Overall, this roller strikes a great balance between comfort, portability, and effectiveness. It's a solid choice if you're looking for something durable and performance-focused.

Great Roller
Great roller. On the softer side--some of the knobby rollers are way to hard, this one is perfect for us. The hollow core holds its shape, but the foam covering isn't hard. Got the narrower length for less storage space

Relieves my tendinitis!
Who would have thought such a simple but kinda weird tool could have such a healing effect. After several months of not being able to stand up for more than a few minutes because of tendinitis pain, I was at the “trying everything “ stage. Even the podiatrist was stumped. The night this foam roller was delivered, I unwrapped it and tried it out. I got on the floor and rolled the side, back and front of my lower leg. The ache evaporated and I slept ache-free. Since then, I roll my leg every day. The tendinitis is still there—but the ache is manageable. I can’t walk… stand… and sleep pain-free again.

Love the size and the firmness
I like the firmness of this roller. The foam one this size was quite enough. This one hurts so good!

Works well
Use this often, almost daily to relieve tight muscles and fascia in calves and thighs.
