What did I ever do without this? I have lots of wooden and acrylic stamps that I use in card making. Some of the wooden stamps are not aligned properly on the wood, and it is so hard to get the proper placement. I can't tell you how many cards I have ruined! This Stamp-A-Ma-Jig Positioner is the answer to my dilemma. It is very easy to follow the given directions. The stamped image comes out exactly where I want it every time! Just make sure you don't accidentally throw away the clear sheet that comes with it. You need that!! It is also so helpful when using the acrylic stamps and wooden stamps to try out your image in different places before actually placing the inked stamp image on your paper. Just move the clear sheet with the image on it around until you find the spot you like. So helpful!! Don't hesitate to get this. You won't fully appreciate it until you try it; then you will be asking yourself, "What did I ever do without this?"

this little fellow is awesome. i have a lot of wood mounted stamp borders and since i have been using this i have produced perfect borders everytime. i have also used other wood mounted stamps and have managed to get the image exactly where i wanted it to be, no more figuring out where you want to position your stamp first then hope when you stamp the image that it comes out straight or exactly next to the previous image without it overlapping or not quite in line with the first image, i have even built up scenes using stamps that you would have trouble figuring out where they should go or if you stamp them straight. i reccommend this stamping tool for anyone that has wood mounted stamps, you will start using them all again and get great results, this little tool has actually made me buy more wood stamps.

I have only used the Stamp-A-Ma-Jig Stamp Positioner once so far as I haven't had time to do much stamping. When I first saw it I thought oh no this is just not going to work because it is so much smaller than I expected. However, one try and I am completely sold. It worked much better than I expected and I will be using it from now on. It really helped in a design I came up with where I needed my smaller stamp to position the picture perfectly in the center of a small diamond shape and not being able to do it without the stamp-a-ma-jig this card would not have turned as well as it did. I will certainly be using this product from now on. I would recommend it to anyone who wants perfectly centered stamped cards. You can do so much with it because you can use it on a card alone or cut out different shapes and use it to stamp the different shapes in assorted sizes and then attach to ribbon and place on the card or just place on the card where you'd like them to be. It's a must have stamper tool!

LOVE THAT WHEN I STAMP ON MY GREETING CARDS THE STAMPS ARE NOW STRAIGHT AND IT IS EASY TO USE. REALLY LIKE IT.

I bought this a while ago, I think I wanted to get free shipping for something else, but I needed to get to $25. I know, buy something for $7 plus dollars to save $5, anyway, I bought this and I don't really use wooden stamps. Well, I used it today. I didn't use the plastic sheet, honestly, it has been so long ago that I bought this that I forgot you were suppose to use a plastic piece until I just read a review. I just put my wood stamp where I thought I wanted it to stamp, put the stamp-a-ma-jig next to it, moved my stamp, while holding the stamp-a-ma-jig in place, inked my stamp, then placed my wooden stamp back where I wanted it. I don't know that I really needed to hold it in place, it stays in place by itself. It was so much easier to stamp that way, then guessing where I was going to stamp. I am guessing if you stamp the way the instructions say to do it, it will be even better. I just have never been good at reading and following instructions. If you ever use wooden stamps, I would definitely recommend this.

PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PLASTIC SHEET INSIDE THE PACKAGE!!! I have read many bad reviews about this because you need the plastic sheet to use this tool. It's super easy to use just place the plastic sheet aligned with the top corner of your tool and stamp your image aligned with the tool. Now place the plastic sheet wherever you want it in your card, align the tool again with the plastic sheet, remove the sheet and stamp the image onto you card aligned with the tool... Sounds complicated but it's very easy and precise.

It works wonderfully but noticed Im not using it as often as I thought I would.

I really like this positioned and it's so easy to use. Well worth the small cost! Nice buy! I was at a Stamping Up party last week, and the demonstrator had used rubber stamps that she had remounted on to a clear block. When I went to do a two step method, it was a little off- if I would have used the positioned that would not have been a problem at all.I will be taking it with me from now on....
