60W Equivalent Daylight A19 Energy Star, Dimmable LED Light Bulb (4 Pack)

This dimmable bulb claims 22.8 yrs life with 3 hrs of daily use. My experience is 2 yrs life with 12 hrs of daily use. I would have been satisfied if it had lasted at least 5 yrs. The bulb developed an annoying high frequency humming noise. It was part of a 4-pack that I purchased in Oct, 2016. This bulb became defective after 2 yrs on Nov, 2018. Fortunately, there are 3 more available for replacement.

I have had these bulbs (3 of them) in the same light fixture together in my dining room since purchasing them (March 2018). I have them on a dimmer switch. I use this light fixture at best 12 hours/day (that is higher than actual usage). One of the 3 bulbs stopped working in July 2020. The one remaining bulb of the 3 that is still in the fixture and still working has developed a high pitch buzz sound which is rather annoying (esp if you have good hearing like I do).

I have used this brand exclusively to replace my old incandescent bulbs in my house. They are great! They are efficient, nowhere near as hot as the old bulbs and they last. I have not had one go bad on me yet, the oldest one being about 4 years old at this point. I did have 1 bad bulb that came with the package but was easy to exchange.

These are incredibly bright and are rated in LUMENS which seems accurate. I've used about 20 of these in my home and have almost no complaints.The only issue I've ever had with these is on a dimmer: sometimes if the dimmer is at it's lowest setting and you have an "off" switch, after you turn "on" the switch you might see 1 bulb remain off. It'll turn on if you increase the brightness and will remain on no matter how dim you make it. I assume this is a voltage issue inside the bulb but it's a minor complaint

I have 8 of these in my vanity, an it's as bright as a collapsing star. It's too bright to be honest, but that's not really a complaint. I would give them 5 stars, but with my dimmers they only dim to about half brightness with the dimmers down to 5%. I'm using Lutron Caseta dimmers and Lutron recommends these as one of the preferred bulbs with those dimmers. I'm a little disappointed that they do not get dimmer, but they do not flicker so that's a plus.

Perfect replacement for my vanity lights, I do believe they might be just a tad too bright, so be aware that LED bulbs tend to run brighter;; however, to be fair, I did order "Equivalent Daylight" and not "Soft White" which are terms referring to the amount of lumens.

Not much to say, I plugged them in and they worked. We'll have to see how long they last...

My house was very dark. Now it is like daytime inside. My son and his friends like it dark and take my bulbs out. If you want to feel like your in a cave don't buy. For sun lovers these are great. I love getting rid of my yellow CFL bulbs.
