Tastes great and so healthy for you!!
I admit the way the chia seeds look in this drink made me question buying it, but I am so glad I did. This drink tastes great. It's organic and all natural. The ingredients are organic raw kombucha, raw chia seeds, cherry juice. If you want a health drink that tastes great with great benefits, you should try this one! You can get it much cheaper other places. This price plus their shipping is way too high. I pay $3.60 a bottle for mine, at a local health store. Here's some benefits I found on the internet for Kombucha (at LIVESTRONG) ...Beneficial BacteriaFermented foods, such as kombucha, contain probiotics. These beneficial bacteria live inside your digestive tract. According to Harvard Health, over 100 trillion microorganisms reside in a healthy gut. About 500 different varieties of the microflora exist, and most are beneficial. They help to fight off harmful microorganisms and pathogens, aid in digestion, help you absorb certain nutrients and promote a healthy immune function. Probiotics may also relieve symptoms of diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. In addition, they may be helpful in female problems such as yeast infections and urinary tract infections.Heart HealthIf you struggle to maintain a healthy cholesterol or triglyceride level, drinking kombucha tea may help. According to a study published in the journal "BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine," rats that were fed kombucha had a delayed absorption of both low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides. As an added benefit, supplementing with kombucha tea also increased high-density lipoprotein levels. HDL cholesterol helps to scavenge and remove extra cholesterol from your blood. A high HDL level means you're at less risk for having a heart attack, according to the American Heart Association.DiabetesKombucha contains antioxidants from the tea itself and some that form during the fermentation process. These antioxidants may help to prevent oxidative stress that occurs as a result of diabetes, according to an article published in the journal "Food and Chemical Toxicology" in July 2013. As a result, drinking kombucha tea may help to prevent or improve diabetes and blood sugar control. In the study, diabetic rats where supplemented with kombucha, which produced antidiabetic effects. More research, however, is needed to determine the safety and efficacy of treating human diabetics with kombucha.ANOTHER SITE SAID THIS ...- Kombucha Benefit #1: Kombucha Helps With Digestion- Kombucha Benefit #2: Kombucha Helps With Weight Loss- Kombucha Benefit number #3: Kombucha Helps With Energy Levels- Kombucha Benefit number# 4: Kombucha Helps With Sleep- Kombucha Benefit number# 5: Kombuha Helps With A HangoverHere's some benefits I found online for CHIA SEEDS ...- Increases energy levels- Increases endurance levels- Helps with weight loss- Normalizes blood sugar levels- Cleanses the colon- Gets rid of the toxins- Prolongs hydration- Reduce inflammation- Helps tone muscles- Helps to lower the blood pressure- Improves mental performance- Improves night rest and mood- Lowers the risk of heart diseases- Improves overall health- Lowers cholesterol- Absorbs extra acid, helping to get rid of acid reflux- Helps thyroid conditions- Helps IBS- Helps celiac disease

Yup, I'm hooked
I am so in love with this stuff and this brand in particular. I have one either after lunch to top me off and kill cravings in a healthy way, or in the afternoon in lieu of a cup of coffee or tea or a snack.

I love this drink
I love this drink! But I would never pay this price for it. You can get 'em for under $4 each at any supermarket - the only reason to buy in bulk is to save money, but you end up paying an extra $2 each to have them delivered. I'll just pick one up at the store each day.

Smells like rotten beer and tastes like rotten fruit
Smells like rotten beer and tastes like rotten fruit. i seriously thought i had bought a bad bottle but it wasn't expired and apparently it's suppose to have that fermented background taste.
