I was really excited about this stove until I started using it…. I didn’t realize nor did it dawn on me that it didn’t have at least 1 large burner. I can’t cook anything in a large skillet or stock pot, huge downer especially for the $800+ I spent. Although it has two shelves in the oven they are just a bit shorter than my oven that I replaced and I had to buy cookie sheets 15” or shorter. Also no working drawer underneath which I was willing to sacrifice because I wanted to replace my 1986 stove, now I kinda wish I would have kept it. To top it off it took 2 more weeks than the 8 weeks it was supposed to for delivery. Customer service was horrible to get any feedback from when it was coming in and I almost cancelled and I wish I would’ve, I found one better online after the fact. It is easy to clean and I plan to buy a hot plate and a griddle to make up for the shortcomings of this stove. All in all disappointed and with the huge price tag because of its size and rarity to get a stove in the size. Oh well it will make me replace my cupboards sooner so I can get a regular oven.

I bought a brand new stove 10 months ago. It no longer works AT ALL. What a waist or money and time.The company that sold it to see on Amazon A1Quill appliance has made it almost impossible to get service. They ask one question at a time via the Amazon messaging for days on end. Ultimately for weeks nothing has been fixed.

Have been fighting for weeks now to get a refund.

Product arrived with severe damage. Was promised refund which has not been given for several weeks since confirmed. After a few procedural steps this issue was resolved through the Manufacturer to my complete satisfaction.
