Item arrived as described, however poorly packaged and the flat part was bent on arrival.

This was our son’s first real graduation (mostly step up ceremonies, never an official graduation). Now that he was graduating HS, come to find out only a tux would be worn, no cap and gown. I wanted him to have a memento for this wonderful once in a life-time experience. It was a great fit, great color and a beautiful tassel.

Although it was a last minute decision, there was a chance of not arriving on time, it arrived the same day of my graduation and I was very happy. The colour was perfect and it fit great. Just what I wanted as the most outstanding student. Hurray!!! Thanks.

I am giving this product a 5 because they went out of their way to fix a problem. The product itself is good material and the description matches what you receive.We received the cap without the tassel and the tassel was why we purchased the item to begin with as it was my son's graduation. With the pandemic and no in person graduation, the tassel would mark the year for my son. Since the product did not come with the tassel as it stated in the description, someone contacted me and ensured me it would be delivered by the graduation date. They followed up via email when needed and made all efforts to send the missing item for my son's big day. Good customer service sometimes does not always takes place. This was not the case. They took care of us.
