Amazing product for kids working (way longer than they should) at desks for lockdown-school
This is one of those times where 5-stars doesn't seem like enough. This is really an outlier product of incredible build quality that I'm finding for my family in a definite time of need. TLDR: Buy it.Prior to my 8-year olds having to sit for 4-5 hours for school, we used adult chairs for their computer desks. They weren't the most comfortable, but we weren't necessarily worried about facilitating their screen time. Enter covid and DL "teaching." It was painful to watch them sit still for that amount of time, doubly so as they writhed around trying to get comfortable in the adult chairs. We found these highly rated, ordered them, and they're absolutely game-changing. The kids now sit upright comfortably, they can rotate back and forth as the fidget to let off some of that pent-up energy, their arms are comfortably supported, and you can adjust them to proper height while still letting their feet rest despite having to work at a table or workplace that isn't optimal height for them. And the ability to move them to different places has helped us manage things. Not getting along together? Move one. Getting bored in one place? Move them. The chair makes it easy and is workspace-height-agnostic, so you have all options open.Assembly is laughably easy because the parts are all incredibly well made. If you've never assembled anything in your life, this would be a great first product. Pop the feet in the base and set it on the floor, put the piston (the main pole) into the base, set the seat onto the piston. Done.I was skeptical about the vertical and lateral movement of the backrest not being separate (it moves in one piece at an angle), but it's working for our kids and they both have a little bit different body shapes (lanky vs stocky?). At age 8, heights in the 50-60 percentile, and we could easily have used this chair a year or two earlier.A TREMENDOUS amount of attention to detail has gone into every step of this product. There are no sharp edges. Everything feels heavy and high-quality. Seriously, I can't imagine regretting this purchase, even given the price. I remember critical products that have helped us on our journey through being parents. This will go down as one of the best products, and the quality of life and health benefits are coming at a real time of need.

Finally. A chair for someone 5’2”.
After researching and researching what office chairs could fit someone 5’2”, I ended up getting the Steelcase Series 1 for $500+ dollars. Steelcase even had a video of someone 5’2” sitting in the chair, but let me tell you, I was barely able to put my feet flat on the ground but not enough to put weight on them, if I slide forward to plant my feet firmly I could not reach the back of the chair. I returned it.Lo and behold I come across this chair and let me tell you… it.friggin.rocks. I actually fit comfortably and it is sleek (not kiddish). If you are a shortie that has been struggling for years with office chairs like me, give this one a try. I LOVE IT 😭👏❤️.

Worth every penny!!!
I brought 2 for my homeschooling children and back in 2021. Love how well made and it is so easy to clean. Still looks brand new. Also works for a short adult woman (5'2" or 5'4"). Love how it dips into the small of your back.

Great for petite woman and kids, but could be more comfortable
I loved this chair for the first day and so did my 9 year old, and we didn't see any flaws at first. Super easy to put together. It adjusts in height easily. AND the backing adjusts so easily - if your back isn't against the back of the seat it adjusts the back/arm rests to meet you where you are. LOVE THAT!! And we can set it to where it goes low enough that our feet can go flat on the floor (huge bonus for someone under 5'3"). If your desk is too high and you're not going to touch the floor, it has a foot rest so that your feet aren't just dangling. (Though I wish it went all the way around because sometimes I sit and go to put my feet on the rest and the rest is turned around facing another direction.) I also LOVE that when you are sitting the wheels kind of lock in place. So the seat isn't moving when you're sat down. I use an under-the-desk elliptical to get my feet moving during my time at the computer and when I did that with other chairs my seat would move. The ONLY downside to this chair is that the backing is hard on my lower back. It is comfortable for the first hour, or three... but in contrast to the usual cushiony desk chairs we have, this one isn't great after a couple hours. Starts to feel a little hard on your backside and lower back. I personally think that's the only downside for me. And maybe it will force me to get up and move a little. For my son, I love that this thing is going to adjust and grow with him. He has another kids desk chair from IKEA that is under $50, but it doesn't have these kind of adjustment possibilities (backing doesn't move, no foot rest, it goes low but isn't as easy to adjust, when you move around a lot in your seat, the wheels move too.)I am 5'2" and 125 lbs and my hips have about 3/4" of wiggle room on each side. When I wiggle around my hips don't bump the sides, as the seat cushion keeps me in place very well. The seat backing at the highest setting is at mid-back (bra-strap height for some of us ladies).[Also, inside the box it says you can replace the sat cushion but I can't find replacements anywhere online.]

This chair is very sturdy and great for young kids.
All chairs adjust in height but what differentiates this chair with others is you can adjust the seat depth to the backrest. This will help young kids lean back and get the support they need from the back rest. Another bonus is this chair has the feet rest. Lastly, the wheels will lock in place once there is weight on the chair. This prevents kids from rolling around and keep them stable. The manufacturer, SIDIZ, has the best customer service as well. Responsive and stands behind the product, if you have any issues. This is the same brand as Ringo, Made in Korea.I was glad to see this chair sold in USA!
