47" Stainless Steel Fingerprint Resistance Rainfall Shower Panel Tower Rain Massage System Faucet with Jets & Hand Shower

My first impression, this is huge! my 2nd impression, this is powerful. 3rd, this is very modern. My feeling, this is a big macho shower good enough for Arnold Schwarzenegger, a John Wayne machine, it is big. It is shiny. The top horizontal part is far longer than I anticipated, that is good, no problem showering without getting to close to the panel.Our home is under remodeling, finally on week 3, worker installed 2 shower panels, I came home to check out the progress, "Wow! this is huge!" it is about 50% larger or double the size I expected, I am glad I designed the shower stall to be larger. I have bought and used these shower panels for years, bought 3 more for the current remodel. As far as being reliable and good quality in daily use, they all are good, personally I wouldn't go back to the old fashion shower things.I tried the water, Wow, it is powerful, a very manly shower for real man. It fits the bill far more than anticipated, I like it big and powerful. High quality functions, build and materials.As for the design, I wanted a minimalistic modern hitech industrial design for our modern home, this is elementarily geometric in design, a simple 90 degree steel panel, all others are too complicated or too sissy, this has the cleanest lines. Being so big, it is not as elegant as anticipated, but BIG has its own beauty, that is something I will need to take time to absorb and make the design judgment in due time.$200 is an excellent value by any measure, $1,000s less than anything European and modern. This is mine, I don't want to see this in anybody else's homes, so don't buy it, it is too big and too modern for you, the strong water will sweep you out of the bathroom.

The installation process was painless after the per assembly. There should be a rubber grommet protecting the water hose going through the top and connecting to the shower head and waterfall connections. The hole in the stainless steel is very sharp. I'm not sure if the hoses jump when the water is turned on but I taped the hoses for some protection.As for the operation I believe the design needs work.It seems you can not dial the shower type you would like to use without having the water turning on.Waterfall, shower head, hand shower or panel jets. Once you start turning the top control before you reach the desired position the water starts running. Not a big deal if your taking a shower. But if your cleaning the shower keep out of the way.The marking on the trim (top & bottom controls) type shower and the temperature are tiny and hard to see.There is no indication or start point on either control. An arrow would be nice.... Turn the arrow to the hand shower and it turns on, etc.Looking at the top control knobShower WaterfallO The control is square not round.Body Jets HandheldTo use the handheld shower I'm thinking turn the control clockwise to the right symbol. But instead you have to turn it counter clockwise toward the overhead shower symbol. Which means there should be an arrow pointing down on the top control. There is no indication of direction.The directions state”To operate the unit turn the bottom knob counter-clockwise to set water flow and temperature.” There is no way to shut off the water from this knob and has very little affect on flow.Conclusion:Looks nice but design is poor. Should have a detailed operation manual not just two sentences.See Pictures from when it was just installed.I'll use this for a while but I think I will replace it.

Awful experience. Firstly, let me say this: it offers a great shower experience at a really good price point. Unfortunately, it is cheaply made and there is ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT offered from Décor Star. In fact, they don't even have a customer service phone number or address. You can only try to reach them via email, which they apparently never bother to check. This unit offered a great shower experience, but it started to leak from one of the side control knobs. I had it looked at by my contractor and then a plumber. They were unable to fix it. As such, I emailed the company 5 times over a two week interval and received no response. I ended up calling Amazon and they graciously agreed to accept a return and refund my money, even though it was 2 and a 1/2 months after I purchased it. So, in summary, avoid this company at all costs or you may be stuck out in the cold with a defective product and NO SUPPORT.One other thing: when it did work, it provided so much water and so much pressure that our full sized water tank was depleted after each shower. This wound not work for a family, or really anyone that wants to shower within and hour of when somebody else showered.
