ACI Bitzenburger Jig W/Clamps Right Helical

As soon as my new bitzenburger arrived I was mounting vanes. I watched several u tube videos before it arrived for set up and gluing instructions. Very easy to use and adjust for setting spin on my arrows. Well worth the money.

Purchased the bitzenburger and once initial setup was comete did 3 arrows and you get what you pay for! The 2 cheaper jigs i bought were inconsistent, this jig has all fletching from the 3 arrows consistent. Should have just bought this to begin with.

Works as expected.

I went cheap the first time around with a plastic version of this. It wasn't very accurate. This is the one I should have purchased in the first place.

I have been fletching arrows for about 3 years now and have always used a cheaper plastic jig to get the job done. I eventually found the nerve to purchase this jig and man am I glad I did. This thing really makes fletching a breeze and with the clamp you can almost instantly place the fletching and move onto the next. WORTH THE MONEY!

What else to say, this jig is it. Don't waste your money with cheaper ones. Perfect fletches every time. I use a 3 degree helical on 5mm FMJ arrows and it hits the mark everytime, period. No need for 3 vanes at a time speed, enjoy the process and let it do it perfect everytime and watch your groups shrink. It will save you money in the long run from paying the shop to fletch them, this jig will last a lifetime.

Easy to setup, learn how to use and versatile

Bit zen Berger makes a good jig but needs to catch up with the times. Almost nobody shoots 4and 5 inch vanes anymore and the helical holder just doesn’t work on small diameter shafts and short Blazer type vanes. They need to offer a product for today’s archery market.
